Hello, my name is Roberta Greenberg and you can reach me at [redacted] I discovered that I have been double charged for my Netflix account. One of your representatives confirmed they found my account with payments from Amex since May [redacted]. I also contacted Xfinity/Comcast, and they verified that I am being billed for Netflix at $13.99 per month. I have proof of this on my bill. I am seeking a refund for the two years of double billing, including tax. It doesn't matter who refunds me, whether it's Amex or Comcast/Xfinity through your company, as long as I get my money back. Please get in touch with me at [redacted] or [redacted] promptly. Thank you, Roberta Greenberg.

I signed up for an account in September [redacted] using the email [redacted] and the name Ekin Özcan for testing purposes. I intended to try the platform for a free month before deciding to continue or cancel. However, after the trial ended, Netflix continued to charge me without my consent. I no longer have access to the account I created. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges and immediate cessation of further billing.

I am Joël BASTIN, a novelist from Namur, and the author of two psychological thrillers, CONTEMPLOR and SPIRALE. I specifically want to bring your attention to my latest work, SPIRALE. Critics have described the book as having a cinematic and visual style, and discussions about potential film adaptation rights are ongoing. I would be delighted to send you a copy of SPIRALE for your review, free of charge. Feel free to explore more about me and my work on my website www.joelbastin.be. Thank you for considering my request. Best regards, Joël BASTIN.

I have noticed unauthorized charges from Netflix on my bank account even after canceling the service. Due to these deductions, my account has experienced multiple insufficient fund fees from the bank, affecting other payments. This has been happening for the past three months, despite closing my Netflix account. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges and compensation for the damages caused by each incident. Please stop the unauthorized billing immediately. A phone call at [redacted] would be better to discuss this issue. Thank you for addressing this matter.

Hello, I am a 13-year-old boy from Arizona. I recall being informed that The Cuphead Show would be released this summer. However, I am disappointed to see that there is no trailer available for this anticipated cartoon on Netflix. As an avid member of The Cuphead fanbase, eagerly anticipating this show since the game's launch, I am seeking clarity on when the trailer will be accessible on Netflix. The fans, including myself, are keen to witness this show's debut, especially during these challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic. Many view entertainment like this as a beacon of light in these darker times. I am hopeful for a response regarding the release date. Thank you, Memphis S.

As a current subscriber, I find that my feedback regarding the content provided is often overlooked unless I engage regularly. The recommended movies and series do not align with my preferences, and I have noticed a pattern of shows I care about being cancelled abruptly. Some series I invested in were discontinued without explanation, including one that never aired another season. This ongoing trend is quite disheartening, and I am beginning to feel undervalued as a customer. I am contemplating canceling my subscription, but the outcome will depend on the quality of the live-action series adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender in comparison to the original. I am wary that creative integrity might be compromised for profit, resulting in a subpar end product driven solely by financial motives. Should this happen, I may decide to unsubscribe as my viewing preferences do not seem to align with the shows being produced.

I recently watched "Worn Stories" and found the stories incredibly captivating. The animation was indescribable. I was disheartened to learn there would not be another season as I was eagerly anticipating it. In the midst of all the current turmoil, these stories were truly refreshing. Hearing the various individuals' tales featured in the series was fascinating. I've listened to Ms. S. being interviewed on several radio shows, and she was truly exceptional. The way she drew out the stories and emotions from the participants was like an art form. I kindly urge you to reconsider and produce another season, considering the strong ratings the series received. Your attention to my request is greatly appreciated.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $17.99 from Netflix on my bank statement. I have never been a customer of Netflix, so this is concerning. I tried reaching out to their customer service at 1-[redacted], but the representative I spoke to wouldn't connect me with a supervisor. Instead, he requested my bank or credit card details, which seems suspicious since they should already have that information if they charged me. My wife, who is a Netflix subscriber, assures me she didn't provide my banking information. I obtained the phone number from the Netflix website, so I hope this isn't a scam. It's puzzling how they accessed my account without my details. I suspect there might have been an error on Netflix's part. Any advice would be appreciated.

I noticed that there is a discrepancy in the listing of nudity in the episodes of Stargate SG-1. It seems that apart from the first episode, there is no nudity. If the remastered version of "Children of the Gods" without nudity were available, it could cater to a family audience. Brad Wright reached out via Twitter in December [redacted] regarding the remastered Season 1 Episode 1 of "Children of the Gods." Amazon Prime offers the show in 16:9 format along with Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe, providing a seamless viewing experience. It would enhance the viewer experience to have the two movies, "Stargate: The Ark of Truth" and "Stargate: Continuum," available as well, completing the entire story arc. Netflix's episodes in 4:3 aspect ratio for Seasons One through Four transitioning to 16:9 widescreen starting from Season Five seems inconsistent. It would be ideal if the entire series could be in 16:9 format for consistency.

Dear Netflix, I would like to express my disappointment over the decision to remove Top Gear from your platform. As a big fan of the show, I believe that many others share my sentiments. The trio of Clarkson, May, and Hammond have brought joy to viewers worldwide, and access to their content on Netflix has been convenient. I urge you to reconsider this choice as removing Top Gear will upset many loyal fans, myself included. Please understand the impact this decision will have on your subscribers who enjoy this fantastic show. Sincerely, A Huge Top Gear Fan

Dear Netflix, I know I'm not the first to complain about this, but I want Netflix to understand the mistake in removing Top Gear from the platform. I believe it is crucial for Netflix to keep it due to the strong fan following around the world, like myself, who enjoy watching Clarkson, May, and Hammond. It would be a loss for viewers if this iconic show is taken away. Please reconsider this decision as it means a lot to many fans out there. Sincerely, A Dedicated Top Gear Fan

I inadvertently signed up for a Netflix membership through my DISH account on TV. Following the partnership between DISH and Netflix, I was charged $17.99 on my credit card for this membership in error. Despite speaking to representatives from both companies, I have been unable to secure a refund. During a 3-way call involving myself, Netflix, and DISH, it became clear that they were unable to determine how to refund the money. The lack of cooperation and finger-pointing between the two companies was frustrating, with no resolution in sight. My husband suggested canceling DISH due to this mishap over $17.99. In the past, a simple refund check would have sufficed. It seems like Netflix likely received the funds. I am at a loss for a solution. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Norman Gene MacDonald should have a second season or more of his show, "Norm MacDonald Has A Show," or the rights should be released for "Norm MacDonald LIVE" to continue as his online podcast. Norm is one of my favorite comedians and has a hilarious take on current events. His interviews with guests like David Spade, Drew Barrymore, and others on his show have been enjoyable. Despite possibly lower ratings compared to other shows, Norm's unconventional approach has potential to draw in viewers. Netflix could have given Norm a chance to stand out in the late-night talk show genre dominated by major networks. Alternatively, they could consider offering Conan O'Brien a show. The dynamic between Conan and Norm has been a memorable part of late-night TV and deserves further exploration.

I have been receiving emails about my Netflix account being declined, but I don't have a Netflix account. Although they don't have my information, I received a message indicating nonpayment due to changing my checking account number. I recently changed my account number, which makes me suspicious of what is happening. I was considering getting Netflix and cutting the cable cord. Wanting to try Netflix and two other recommended channels, I am worried about the messages I am receiving. I am keen on resolving this issue promptly and would appreciate a call back instead of just an email.

A few years ago, I enjoyed watching DC's Young Justice on Netflix. I've noticed it's no longer available, and I'm struggling to find it for free, although it's a child-friendly show. Considering Marvel is on Disney+, it would be great for Netflix to include more DC shows like Batman and Robin series. Robin is a beloved DC hero, and I'm eager to revisit Young Justice. I remember it was on Netflix, but currently, most DC shows seem lacking. I hope you consider adding more DC content. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am excited about the impact a Netflix series like "Tiger King" can have on promoting positive changes in the world. I have some suggestions for future Netflix shows that could continue to raise awareness on important issues: 1. A show focused on animal cruelty and animal rights to shed light on these critical issues, encourage veganism, and promote compassionate actions towards animal rights. 2. A show highlighting the harsh realities of the cat and dog meat trades, with a focus on events like the Yulin Dog Meat and Lychee Festival. 3. A show exploring the controversial badger "cull" in the UK, to educate viewers on the topic. These shows have the potential to attract a wide audience, including animal rights advocates and others, and could spark meaningful conversations and actions. Thank you for considering these suggestions. Yours Faithfully, Victoria Salter

I have been a loyal customer of Netflix for many years, starting from the days when they used to mail DVDs. However, I am extremely disappointed by Netflix's recent multi-million dollar deal with the Sussexes. Despite considering just boycotting any show related to them, the interview with Oprah and the production of Pearl by Ms. Markle, along with the show All About the Couples, have solidified my decision to no longer support a company that funds individuals who do not represent positive role models. As loyal customers who helped build Netflix, we want to see movies, not be subjected to the narrative of the Sussexes. I kindly request the cancellation of my Netflix subscription. If Netflix reverts back to its original values, I may reconsider re-subscribing in the future. Thank you. - Pamela J. Amos

I recently received a Netflix verification code, [redacted], even though I didn't subscribe to anything. I then received a message from number [redacted]4 asking for my Netflix code, which I provided, but it made me uneasy. Shortly after, I got a message from [redacted] stating that my Netflix gift expired, and my subscription auto-renewed to a paid plan. I didn't sign up for Netflix and don't want a subscription at all, so please disregard any subscription under telephone number [redacted]9. I would appreciate your prompt response in unsubscribing this number from Netflix. Thank you.

Dear Netflix Team, I hope this message finds you well. I recently received notification from my bank that my internet card payment for my monthly Netflix subscription was declined. I reside in Lebanon where new regulations regarding US Dollar limits are being enforced. The bank has restricted our cards to a $10 monthly limit and requires the remainder to be paid in fresh dollars. While the funds are available, the banks' closure for Eid celebrations means we cannot make the payment until Friday. Could you kindly confirm the deadline for payment? Would it be possible to extend the deadline until Friday when the banks reopen? This situation is beyond our control as we were not informed of the bank's sudden decision in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Claude O.

I have been experiencing the code ui-[redacted]-3 ([redacted]) error on my Samsung TV for over a year. Initially, I was informed it was due to my wifi, but I have confirmed that is not the case. I recently spent over an hour on the phone with three managers but the issue remains unresolved. During a chat with "Maria Susana," she advised canceling fairly quickly. I empathize with the position she was in defending this problem. I have a transcript of the chat available. I am requesting either a full or partial refund for the past year as a loyal customer since [redacted], or several months of free service going forward. Despite your help site indicating efforts to resolve this issue, it has persisted for a year, making it hard to believe progress is being made. Thank you, Dan
