Two issues. One is Merrick's horrible customer service. Two is the involuntary change from Visa to MC. The agent I spoke with said I had no choice in the matter and she was being rude. When I pointed this out to her, she, without telling me, transferred me or put me on hold. The automated message said my wait time would be over ** minutes. My Merrick account is almost paid off and once it is (may transfer the balance to another card), I'll be done with Moronick Bank.
