I'm in need of my medication and I called my insurance and they are not providing me anyting or any type of override I'm leaving for the holidays and have no medication and I need my medicine I am hiv-positive and get sick if I am not on my medication I received my medication and it got damaged so I'm calling for an override that they are not providing I need to disenroll ASAP in order for me to receive my medication from something or someone else

And yes I contacted my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield ingeniorx they are not budging at all like me a override they say I am not allowed override for the rest of the year but I am no longer with them come January I am I'm in need of my medication now I need to disenroll or find a way to receive my medication
