My spouse and I had a reservation with Lufthansa via American Express for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, we missed our initial flight due to a highway accident causing a one-hour delay. I contacted an agent to reschedule, and was quoted an additional $[redacted] per person, which I accepted. When I mentioned considering a cheaper airline, the agent unexpectedly cancelled our flight. I specifically asked the agent not to cancel the return flight, but upon our return, we were informed at the airport that both tickets were cancelled according to the company's policy for missed departures. This was news to me, as it was never disclosed during booking or conversations with the agent. The airport staff offered to reinstate the tickets with a $[redacted] penalty per person for the already paid flights, which I found unreasonable. I am requesting a full refund of all costs incurred, as this situation caused unnecessary financial and emotional strain during what was meant to be a joyous occasion. I am seeking assistance with the rebooking of my flight JDXTK2 (PDX/YVR/MUC/YVR/PDX) after being denied boarding in YVR on September 5, [redacted]. I spoke with an agent from AC/LH/UAL (FareVIA LLC) who informed me that I needed to pay $3,[redacted] to keep my ticket valid. Despite one rebooking option (PDX/DEN/MUC/ORD/PDX) being unavailable, LH charged me $4,[redacted] on September 8. This routing was then changed to PDX/SFO/MUC/SFO/PDX, and FareVIA LLC charged me $7,[redacted].94. I am requesting a reimbursement of the $4,[redacted] since that routing was not utilized. I am extremely frustrated. My two suitcases have been missing for four days, leaving me without clothes, medicine, and toiletries. I was informed that they have been located in Naples, but I am disappointed that they will not be delivered to my current location in Montella. I now have to pay $[redacted] for a driver to take me back to Naples and then back to Montella, causing me to lose another day of my vacation due to the unprofessional handling of this situation. Please deliver my suitcases to me promptly.

I need help with the rebooking of my flight JDXTK from PDX to YVR to MUC back to YVR and then PDX due to denied boarding in YVR on Sep *. The final routing was PDX to SFO to MUC to SFO to PDX, for which we were charged $*,***.** by FAREVIA LLC. I believe we should be refunded the $*,*** as the initially booked routing was not used. I departed Tirane, Albania on November 29, [redacted] aboard flight LH1456 with a checked luggage destination of St. George, Utah. After a layover in Frankfurt, the journey continued to Denver on United Airlines. Upon arrival in Denver, I went through customs and discovered my luggage was missing. I reported the missing luggage upon landing in St. George but it has not been located. On June 21, [redacted], I canceled my round trip flight from Auckland to Munich (departure on August 10 and return on August 30) due to the partner airline canceling the Hong Kong to Auckland sector without a suitable alternative provided by you. I now have a credit of NZD 1,[redacted].00. Being 76 years old with evolving circumstances, I am not likely to travel to Europe again. I have been attempting to file a claim but have encountered issues. [redacted] directed me to the "feedback and contact form," which I have filled out several times using different browsers. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit it and keep receiving an error message. Despite informing customer relations, they simply resend the link. I am frustrated by this circular process and the apparent lack of human assistance. I have tried verifying with the server, consulted with technical experts to no avail. There appears to be no toll-free number to speak with a representative. The problem appears to stem from Lufthansa, as revealed by Condor after extensive communication. Our flight with Condor on Sept. 1, connecting to Lufthansa flight [redacted], was canceled by Lufthansa without notifying us or Condor. This situation caused chaos, leaving us stranded overnight after traveling from Vancouver Island. Both airlines failed to provide accommodation vouchers, pointing fingers at each other. We were rebooked on an Air Canada flight the next evening, encountering difficulties obtaining information and faced with a missing suitcase upon arrival. This experience significantly impacted our holiday, and we are thoroughly disappointed.

My son, a student passenger, was informed by Lufthansa customer service representatives both at the time of booking and before canceling that his ticket was refundable. However, after canceling, he only received a refund for the tax component and lost the entire airfare amount. He is disheartened by the experience and feels let down by Lufthansa customer service for providing incorrect information. He is hoping for a resolution by receiving the full refund promised to him.

Due to an unforeseen issue with the Lufthansa aircraft, I had to reschedule my flight from Frankfort to Tehran for October 27, [redacted]. Lufthansa has informed me that their system is currently experiencing issues related to immigration until 31.12.[redacted], as advised by a representative. Upon arriving in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on Friday, December 9th, I discovered that my baggage was missing, and was informed it was in Frankfurt and would arrive on December 11th at 10:40 pm. However, upon going to the airport to retrieve it, I was informed it hadn't arrived. After calling on the morning of December 12th at 11:30 am, I was advised it still hadn't arrived. This situation has occurred before, and I have my mother's medication in the missing baggage, which she has run out of. She is diabetic and could only bring a limited supply in her carry-on. I am extremely disappointed with Lufthansa's handling of the situation and will be pursuing further action.

I would like to share my upsetting experience at the Lufthansa counter ([redacted]) on November 25th at 5:30 am at Barcelona's airport. The treatment I received from one particular staff member wearing a different uniform was humiliating. Despite being fully vaccinated and compliant with COVID regulations, the staff member's attitude was the main issue. Right from the start, the staff member seemed unapproachable and took offense when I approached the counter before being called. Despite trying to explain the COVID restrictions for Hong Kong arrivals, she repeatedly told me to be silent and disregarded my attempts to show the necessary documentation. Her behavior caused me to have an anxiety attack, which she showed no empathy towards. Eventually, it became clear that she misunderstood the regulations, which were updated recently. The staff member's lack of professionalism and care with my passport further added to the distressing encounter. After this incident, I have decided not to fly with Lufthansa again, and I hope they address the behavior of their staff to prevent others from experiencing similar treatment.

Hello, Yesterday, I rebooked our tickets because our emergency situation worsened. This morning, my lawyer sent a message that they might be able to resolve our issue. My children and I are trying to fly to America to visit Grandma and Grandpa after 4 years. I am hoping for a little Christmas miracle. Here is the letter from the court as discussed. Hello, I'm Deliana MATEI. I booked a round-trip flight VSM249 from Vancouver, Canada, to Bucharest, Romania, for October 12th to November 26th. I paid for an advanced seat reservation for the transatlantic flights to secure a window seat. Unfortunately, my return flight was canceled shortly before departure. I was rebooked for the next day, November 17th on Turkish Airlines, but I did not receive the window seat I had paid over $[redacted] for. I am requesting compensation for the seat reservation fee, as well as for the additional expenses and inconvenience incurred due to staying an extra day in Bucharest. Lufthansa was unable to find an alternative flight back to Vancouver on the same day, November 16th, leading to unexpected frustrations and the need to find accommodations for the additional night in Bucharest.

Our flight from Chicago to Krakow got canceled. We initially flew from Phoenix for a funeral in Poland and had to deal with a 75-minute wait on hold only to be told at the airport ticket counter that we needed to contact Lufthansa directly. Despite going to the airport in person, the staff, including supervisors, were unable to assist and directed us to call the airline. We urgently require a rescheduled flight to ensure we don't miss a parent's funeral. At the moment, we are stuck in Chicago with no alternative plans.
