I purchased * tickets and paid for * seat selections (* passengers on * flight legs). I then upgraded * leg of the journey for both passengers. I have not been refunded the $*** I paid to select seats on that leg of the flight, and choosing my seats in my new premium class will cost me another $***. I need my refund for that original seat selection on that leg.
