On ******** @ *:** pm, I purchased food that was below par, from *Store ID *****-*****. I called back and the young lady- Ashante * (listed on my receipt) disregarded my questions and asked someone (I assume the manager) “can I just hang up on this lady”, while I was on the other end! How rude and disrespectful ! They conversed for several minutes and then she returned with a disrespectful attitude and sarcastic tone to say basically that I was wrong because “the wings were not old and have an expiration on them”. I told her that I heard her ask the gentleman if she could “just hang up on me” and then I asked for the corporate number to report the issue. She said “We don’t have it in the store. You can look it up.” and then hung up in my face. I called back and a young man answered the phone. I asked for her name, he acted as if he didn’t know who I was speaking of, then he silenced the phone, returned and said “she just got off and went home”. I know this was a lie because I could hear the same voice talking in the background. *I want these individuals reprimanded and I also want an apology. Pine Bluff residents NEED to know how this location views*treats the people who pay their salaries and keep them open. I expect to hear back from your office with a proper resolution to this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, before I proceed further. **Thank you in advance.****-***-****
