I placed an online order totaling $**.** on ********. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, the doors were locked and lights were out. I later received a message after filing an online complaint through the Little Caesar's survey, that the manager had a medical emergency and the store closed for the afternoon. I was sent an e-mail on ******** stating that a refund would be issued to my card. Almost * months later I still have not been issued a refund! I have submitted * emails and * more online requests and have not received a response or a refund!
