On November 28, [redacted], I placed an order for two green elf hoodies, size large. Both items were billed to the same address but had different shipping names. One hoodie was for Jillian Folger at 13 Bickford Drive, Topsham, Maine [redacted], and the other was for Alyssa Folger at the same address. When I tracked the order, it showed that only one hoodie was being sent to me at Marten Folger, 2 Riverview Drive, Topsham, Maine [redacted]. I want to ensure that each girl receives her own package because they love getting surprises in the mail. Initially, I received an email stating it was a duplicate order and gave me the option to cancel. I opted not to cancel to ensure both orders would be sent.

The blouse I purchased is ridiculously sized, with sleeves too small to fit over my arms. I need to return it as there are no replacements available. At 82 and recovering from a stroke, it's challenging for me to go out, see the computer well, and navigate the return process. I'm disappointed in the poor quality of the product and simply wish to send it back. I've been attempting this for over a month without success. Could you please provide me with an address where I can send the item? My cleaning lady will assist in taking it to the post office since I cannot use Hermes to generate a label. I would like to request that my order be processed as a gift order without displaying the item's cost. It seems there was no option to include my name or specify that it is a gift during checkout. I purchased 2 bolero tops for a wedding, expecting them by the 22nd of November following a delivery timeline of up to 6 working days, with payment taken on the 15th of November. I noticed that there were charges on my credit cards for two orders. One was made with a Mastercard totaling $62.79 plus a transaction fee of $1.56 on November 21st. The other charge was on my Visa for $90.46 on November 27th. I have not yet received the dresses I ordered, and I need them for the upcoming Christmas period, which is only 12 days away. If you are unable to fulfill the orders, please refund the amounts back to my accounts as soon as possible. I am disappointed with the service as I see on your website that I am listed as ordering a white Midi dress, which I have already received and paid for in February [redacted] for my granddaughter's engagement. Dear community, I apologize for my late response. As a 62-year-old with disabilities and the primary caregiver for my 87-year-old mother, I am constantly occupied, especially in recent months due to her health issues. The daily routine of caring for her, managing household tasks, and coordinating transportation for her medical appointments leaves me with very little free time. I must say that I am very pleased with the majority of the shirts I ordered. However, the black L and XXL men's tee shirts with the 3D graphic cross crew neck design featuring red crosses on the front are not suitable for either myself or my son, for whom I ordered the XXL. I received my delivery, and unfortunately, the items I received are all wrong. My order consisted of (2) white shirts long sleeve in size small, (1) burgundy shirt long sleeve in size small, (1) black shirt long sleeve in size small, and (1) 3-piece suit that is very small, the wrong size. I need to exchange the shirts for extra-large sizes and the suit for an extra-large as well. Please provide instructions on how to return these items. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response.
