On April 17, [redacted], I bought a quilt set, Order #[redacted]1. I only display the quilt and take it off nightly, folding and placing it neatly on a table. Initially, the quilt fit perfectly, with the designs aligning each day when I remade the bed. Lately, I've observed the quilt stretching, causing the designs to be uneven and almost touching the floor. Additionally, there are threads breaking in the design pattern. Finding this specific color to match my master bedroom decor was time-consuming. I am wondering if this quilt can be replaced with one that doesn't have these issues. I placed an order for in-store pick up, but I was never notified that my items were ready on 8/9. I visited the store on 8/11 and only then found out. Now I have to make another trip, which is frustrating. What's worse, one of the items I bought in-store on 8/11 still has the security tag on it, which I noticed once I got home. I'm irritated by this oversight. During my purchase, the clerk asked if I wanted to use my 2 rewards without informing me that I would lose them if I returned any items. It's important for clerks to mention this to customers to avoid any surprises. It would be better if they disclosed this information upfront.

I recently received a $10 birthday reward from JCPenney and planned to use it in combination with a 30% off coupon with the code "goshop77." When I attempted to make a purchase with these discounts, the cashier informed me that I could not use both the coupon and the birthday reward on the same sale, even though the coupon's fine print indicates that such offers should be applied before any percentage off discounts. I suspect that the cashier may have mistakenly scanned the coupon before my birthday reward, possibly rendering it unusable. I have had issues with my JC Penney card, where I was instructed to reset my password, but faced difficulties. I also encountered problems checking my gift card balances online until I visited a store. Eventually, I was able to determine my gift card balance to be $[redacted].40. Now, I need assistance with two matters. Firstly, I would like to know how I can utilize the gift card balance for online orders. I mistakenly purchased a couch and a recliner online, ensuring beforehand that returns were possible. The furniture was delivered by Ryder, with minor damage - two holes in the couch. Despite requesting removal of my old couch during setup, Ryder claimed there was no record of this. They offered to take it for cash, originally requesting $40 as a tip, but then demanded $[redacted] more. Reluctantly, we paid $[redacted] in cash for them to haul our old couch away. Given the damage, I no longer wished to keep the purchased couches.

I received an email from JC Penney promising a 30% discount for Labor Day, but did not see the discount applied to my order confirmation. After speaking with Ree from Customer Service, he assured me the discount would be applied after delivery. However, upon checking my credit card statement, the discount was still missing. I attempted to contact Customer Service via phone and live chat multiple times, only to be redirected to paid services. I refuse to provide my credit card information for customer service. Product: Liz Claiborne Luxury 600tc Cotton Sateen Wrinkle Free Sheet Set Type: SPLIT KING Color: Canal Blue Quantity: 1 Price: $55.99 I placed an online order to be picked up in-store. I recently discovered that one item from my order is missing upon opening the package. I ordered three sets of sheets in white, lavender, and blue, but only the blue set is missing. The package seemed too big for an item to be missing, so I didn't notice it initially. I'm disappointed as I was really looking forward to the blue sheets. On 10/4/[redacted], I paid off my JC Penny's account for 5,[redacted].02. However, an additional 5,[redacted].02 was deducted from my bank account by mistake. I urgently need this amount refunded to my bank account to cover my other bills. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that it would take up to two weeks to receive a refund check. I kindly request for the amount to be returned directly to my bank account as soon as possible. The duplicate withdrawal has caused financial strain and may lead to bounced checks. I recently ordered a specific size and color of jeans online. Unfortunately, the wrong size and color were sent to me. I contacted customer service to arrange for an exchange/return. Despite the correct item information being on the packing slip, there was no return label included. After requesting a return label be emailed to me, I was initially informed that it was not their policy. Eventually, I was promised a return label via email, but I have yet to receive it. While I did receive a refund for the item, the shipping and handling costs were not included. Thankfully, after contacting them again, they acknowledged their mistake and agreed to refund the difference. At this point, all I need is the return address to send back the incorrect jeans.

During my recent shopping experience, I encountered a situation that left me feeling upset. While being served by a polite trainee, I presented my Penneys card and a gift card at checkout. An individual intervened in a rude manner and began criticizing the trainee openly. When I requested to check the gift card balance, the same person responded disrespectfully and raised his voice. Despite following his instructions, I was scolded for not using the chip in my card. The trainee, who was of Arab descent, was sincerely trying his best. It is clear that the man lacked the necessary customer service skills and should reconsider his role. I feel that all employees, including trainees, deserve to be treated with dignity. The incident occurred at store [redacted] on 11/15/[redacted] at 5:54 PM. My total purchase was $[redacted].00. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service standards and fosters a more respectful environment for employees.

I need assistance with returning order #[redacted][redacted]. I went to my closest store, which is a 45-minute drive, with a printed return label. However, there was only one employee attending to a 10-person line, so after waiting an hour, I had to leave. When attempting to print a shipping label online, I encountered issues due to already printing an in-store return label. This has been a frustrating experience, especially as a loyal customer of JC Penney. The customer service has been lacking, evident with the unanswered calls to 1-[redacted]. I began my Christmas shopping at JCPENNEY back in October [redacted]. Today, I visited the store to return a few items I had bought as gifts, only to be informed by the sales clerk that I had passed the return date. I updated it to [redacted] Initially, I managed to sign in using [redacted] once, but later it was not accepted. REQUEST: Please change my username to [redacted] while keeping my current password. I would like to express my disappointment with Penneys promoting the designer Prabal Gurung. The garments being promoted are not appealing, in fact, they are some of the most unflattering fashion pieces I have ever seen. As a person with a background in women's wear design, I find these designs to be hideous and wonder about the decision-making behind promoting them. Good fashion design should celebrate women and their beauty, which seems to be missing from these pieces. It feels like the designer has taken outdated styles from the 60s and 70s and unsuccessfully tried to revive them. There are many talented emerging designers that Penneys could support instead of promoting these unattractive and uninspiring garments. I hope to see better choices in the future.

I recently placed an order for curtains, the same ones I bought a few months back. Strangely, this latest order got delivered to my old address from six years ago. I can't understand how this mix-up occurred. When I bought these curtains before, there were issues too. I initially didn't receive everything, then the remaining items came but I was billed twice. Despite these troubles, I decided to order again, only to face another problem now. Dealing with JCPenney has become quite frustrating. They advised me to contact UPS, but UPS directed me back to JCPenney. Due to a disability, it's not feasible for me to pick up my order from the old address, especially since the current residents are uncooperative. I recently contacted your customer service about receiving an item I did not order and was promised a USPS return label via email at no cost. However, I have yet to receive the email with the return label. Additionally, I was informed that I could return two items in one package. In my recent order, I requested a battery-operated women's shaver, but I was notified it would be sent by a different supplier at a later date. I placed an order a week ago with a delivery date of April 24th. Unfortunately, in-store pick-up or store delivery were not options, so I had to pay for shipping. However, today and yesterday, I noticed the delivery date has disappeared, and the item now shows as back-ordered. This situation raises concerns. Firstly, why do I have to pay for shipping on an item now delayed without a specified waiting period? Secondly, what happened to the initial delivery date? I am uncertain about the duration of this back-order. It feels disappointing to think I may have lost the $60 I spent.

I have not been receiving my rewards for a considerable amount of time. I currently have two email addresses. The one associated with my previous employment is no longer valid as I have retired from teaching. I now exclusively use my Yahoo email address. Despite making purchases and earning points, my rewards seem to go to the outdated email instead of the Yahoo one. On several occasions, I was just 15 points away from redeeming a reward when buying merchandise. In the past, I have reached out to customer service and spoken to various representatives. One of the representatives provided me with a name and a checkout code to ensure I receive my rewards, which was around the time of Christmas, I believe.

When I try to order from JCP online, I can't enter a different billing address, even though they ask if it's different from the shipping address. This issue happened before and my husband had to call JCP to place the order. Recently, we tried to use a 25% off email but encountered the same problem. When I mentioned calling JCP again, my husband got frustrated due to my hearing impairment. He decided it wasn't worth the trouble, so we didn't proceed with the order.
