I had ordered several items for in-store pick up and was NEVER made aware that they were ready for pick up on ***. I was in the store on **** so could have picked them up HAD I BEEN NOTIFIED! so now I have to make ANOTHER trip to the store to pick up my items so I'm super mad about that. I'm also pissed that one of the items I purchased on**** in store STILL has the security tag on it which I didn't realize until I got home. RIDICULOUS! I'm also super annoyed that the clerk asked me if I wanted to use my * rewards to which I replied Yes of course. She NEVER mentioned that I would lose them if I were to return anything, but I asked anyways because I was purchasing a few items that may or may not have fit. The clerks should mention that to customers when asking if they want to use them! How about taking that extra step. Sneaky if you ask me!
