I have booked a property ( ID* ********- Bondi * bedroom apartment from **th Dec **** to **nd Jan ****) listed in HomeAway and paid the full amount of $****.** to the provided account in their receipt after received confirmation reservation on **nd November ****. I have been cheated by HomeAway.com. I received a urgent email from HomeAway customer Support on **th Dec ****, it mentioned they have removed the listed property from their website. **I paid after read their "Book with confidence Guarantee and This Property Has Payment Protection" but when I contacted customer support team several times they are ignoring my calls and not properly answering to my questions. I want to get reimburse my money. This is the first time I booked a property for travel through HomeAway website. I am a new customer to this merchant but I faced bad experience by HomeAWay. I sent email to customer support team, I followed all steps, but I unable to get support from customer team. They are the full responsible for my money back.**Could you please take this matter seriously and get back my money. I hope you could understand my situation. I have all evidence of receipts, communication with HomeAway, communication with property owner or manager, booking reservation and confirmation received from HomeAway and other related documents for your kind perusal if needed.
