I purchased an oil change coupon for Jiffy Lube while my car was in for service. I received a notification stating that it might take up to 2 hours for the transaction to process. Due to poor internet connection, it seemed like the purchase may not have gone through, so I paid full price for the oil change at Jiffy Lube. Upon checking my account this morning, I noticed that the Groupon had indeed been processed. I attempted to request a refund through the app but realized I made the payment with the wrong email address (as it was done online rather than through the app link provided). The correct email for my app is [redacted], while the payment was made under [redacted], causing it to not be linked to my phone app. I believe the coupon has not been redeemed and kindly request assistance in processing a refund. I am having issues with verifying my shipping and billing addresses. Despite confirming my address details with three chat sessions, the system cannot verify them. One address is a Post Office designated address where packages are regularly delivered without any problems, while the other is a P.O. Box which is not accepted for billing. I receive packages at a physical address, not mail, which is also not being accepted. I have tried to explain this to various companies, including Amazon, Mercari, Walmart, etc., and even Google Maps recognizes the address, but the chat support keeps apologizing without any solutions. It is frustrating that despite my addresses being valid, they are not being verified.

This is the second time I'm asking the same question: where is my order? I placed the order on the 22nd of November, it was in transit by the 23rd, and I still haven't received it. My wife works for Royal Mail and mentioned there are very few issues with delivery, just a couple of days late at most. As for the guarantee that orders placed by the 12th will be delivered by the 24th of December, we all know that won't happen! So, where is my order? It was quick enough to take the payment. Dear Groupon, I have accumulated credits from closed businesses due to Covid and even lost money from a hairdresser I couldn't use a voucher at. My attempts to buy dog food have been unsuccessful. I would like all my credits refunded to my card for future use as the restaurant I aimed to visit is no longer on Groupon. I have a new Mastercard number because of time passed, and I can provide it once in contact. I purchased an eyelash Groupon deal, and when I contacted the business to book my appointment, the person I spoke to seemed unhappy that I had bought the Groupon. She promised to text me to confirm the appointment but never did. Despite calling three times and sending four texts, I received no response. I would like a refund to be issued to the bank card I used for the purchase, not in Groupon credits, as this amount is significant.

Around 10 days ago, I tried to redeem a Groupon voucher for The Cordial Cherry. After selecting my items and entering the validation code, the website did not accept it. I reached out through the chat function, and the representative, Spoorthi C, presented three solutions. I opted for Option 3: to have the team contact the merchant for a resolution, understanding it might take about a week for an update. Unfortunately, I have not received a solution yet.

I purchased a gift for my friend, but she couldn't use it because the center (the gift was for eyelash application hair by hair) never responded to her. She has tried calling numerous times, sending emails, messages on WhatsApp, and even direct messages on Instagram, but has received no replies. It seems like the center is unreachable, so we're looking for a refund. I prefer to communicate in Spanish if possible. Thank you, and I hope for a prompt response. I am very disappointed as I have used Groupon multiple times, and now it feels like they are disregarding me.

Order No 1[redacted]17-[redacted] I placed this order for several Christmas brooches for the girls in my family on 20th November. I expected prompt delivery since they are Christmas items. The brooches are from Christine Lee Fashion Ltd. When I check the delivery status, it continually shows as “in transit” with no updates for a long time. I have been attempting to schedule my Christmas parade light show in Morrison, Colorado for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, there are specific times blocked out that prevent me from using the voucher I already have. It seems counterintuitive that I am unable to apply the voucher I purchased previously to book a time slot. To address this issue, I ended up buying a new voucher yesterday out of necessity. I kindly request a refund for the original voucher that I bought from them as it has been challenging to coordinate a suitable time using it. I can provide evidence of my recent voucher purchase from yesterday, which I had to obtain separately due to the limitations with their initial voucher.

Good afternoon, I purchased three carpet cleaning services in October, one for each of my sons' homes as a Christmas gift, and the last one for myself. One of my sons already used the voucher and had his service completed on 11/15. However, it shows on Groupon that two packages have been redeemed, which is incorrect. Can you please correct this issue, as my other son and I are scheduled for our cleanings tomorrow, but one of the vouchers is showing as redeemed when it should be available. I received a Groupon gift for JUVEDERM VOLBELLA and JUVEDERM VOLUMA from a friend which expired on Nov 26th. Unfortunately, I missed the expiration date. I reached out to the salon, who declined to honor it, suggesting I contact Groupon. How can I request an extension or receive a refund/credit for this gift? The salon mentioned I could not use both services as a returning customer and once I used one, I was no longer considered new. I have utilized various Groupons at the salon before without issue. This policy seems unreasonable as I would be a new customer for each distinct service. Any assistance on resolving this matter would be appreciated.

I recently bought Fantasy Fair tickets via Groupon for my son's sixth birthday celebration on Sunday, November 14. We were disappointed to find out that most rides were not operational upon arriving at 11 am due to maintenance issues. Even the playground area was closed. The few rides that were available were for younger children, and the wait times were long due to limited staff sanitizing equipment between rides. We left after less than an hour, feeling it was a waste of time and money. This was not the experience we were expecting, especially after traveling a long distance for the visit. I have been mistakenly charged by Groupon. After contacting their customer service, I was advised to resolve it with the vendor, who happens to be Groupon as well. I bought 2 Groupons for a Time Zone deal on 12/6. I used a Honey gift certificate for one of the groupons, and both transactions are correctly shown in my recent activity on PayPal. I bought a Groupon deal for a 30-minute treatment at Happy Feet Spa. The Groupon value was $39. The offer on Groupon was $25, and I received a $5 discount, so I paid $20 for my foot massage. However, when I saw the prices displayed in the shop saying "30-minute foot massage and stone treatment $20", it made me wonder how this really benefits me and if it would make me want to come back again. I always thought Groupon deals were more discounted.

I received an email from PayPal offering a cashback coupon if I made a purchase on Groupon and paid through PayPal. I clicked on the link in the email and was taken to the Groupon website where I ordered a massage. Since I'm not a Groupon member, I proceeded as a guest and completed my order. The payment is pending on my credit card and I got the confirmation email. However, when I checked the voucher, it's still processing even after a few hours. I noticed there were two different orders listed, so I canceled one successfully. I was only charged for one massage, but the voucher is still stuck on processing, and I can't find the option to cancel it anymore.

I bought a Plantation Tour for Two at St Joseph Plantation in New Orleans for $27. When we arrived, the owner informed us that they have been closed since the pandemic.
