I wanted to discuss an issue I experienced with a merchant on Groupon. I had spoken with Gary Monisteri at Gary Monisteri Golf to confirm availability for a lesson before purchasing a Groupon voucher. He assured me of availability for today, which we had agreed upon. After mentioning I found him through Groupon, he offered a lower rate to avoid Groupon fees. When I explained about a Groupon discount, he suddenly became unwilling to schedule the lesson we had planned. He cited needing to contact his Groupon account manager, which seemed unnecessary for a simple booking. After not hearing back from him, I had to cancel the voucher due to this unprofessional behavior. It has caused me frustration and wasted time. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, as incidents like these make me hesitant to use Groupon in the future.

I have been trying to contact Groupon in various ways to cancel my reservation at Hotel Villa de Lerma, order 1[redacted]51-[redacted] for November 1st and 2nd. I have not been successful. You have already charged me for the reservation, although I have not stayed at the hotel yet. The reasons for canceling are due to the COVID lockdown in Madrid and Burgos, and also because I made a mistake with the dates and cannot stay on the 2nd due to work reasons. I tried to contact you on the same day I made the reservation but couldn't reach you. I called the hotel, and they advised me to cancel with you. Therefore, I am requesting the cancellation of order 1[redacted]51-[redacted] and a full refund, including the reservation fees. I look forward to your confirmation of the cancellation. Thank you.

Yesterday, I encountered issues with my credit card while trying to place orders. After multiple attempts with different cards, I managed to successfully place an order. However, I now realize that two items have been duplicated, each with different order numbers. I would appreciate it if this could be rectified promptly to avoid all four orders being shipped. I had a disappointing experience trying to use two Groupons I bought for ziplining at LINQ in Las Vegas during my visit. Despite being aware of the specific timing requirements, my attempts were thwarted both nights. The first night, we arrived around 6 pm and faced a long wait, only to be turned away by a female staff member stating they were no longer accepting guests. The second day, we arrived promptly at 5:30 after dinner, but again faced the same outcome. This was especially frustrating as it would have been our first time ziplining. Groupon's refund option in Groupon bucks is not ideal for me, as I would prefer a refund to my debit card, the original form of payment.

In mid to late September, I purchased three sessions of a four-hour deep cleaning service from CDC Maids. I have encountered several issues. Initially, they claimed my coupon was redeemed, even though I hadn't used it. Fortunately, this seemed to be resolved by a service representative. However, my current problem is the lack of response despite numerous calls and emails to them daily. Upon calling recently, I was informed that their number has been disconnected. I bought a pole to pole fitness class (order #[redacted]). I reached out to the company, and they requested the voucher number for class registration. However, I discovered that the class was not for pole dancing but for pole fitness. I inquired about a refund or credit from the owner, and they instructed me to seek the refund through Groupon. This situation is misleading as I intended to purchase a pole dancing class, not a pole fitness class. The owner confirmed they did not redeem my Groupon and suggested I should be entitled to a refund.

I encountered an issue with my recent order. I was in the process of customizing two silver chains with name tags when the order was processed before I could specify the names. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not yet received a response. In my latest email, I reiterated my request for the names Chloe and Remi to be engraved on the chains before they are dispatched. On September 21st, I bought a One Diamond Microdermabrasion Session with Facial from East Columbus Facial Cosmetic & Skin Center for $51.00. When I tried to schedule the appointment, they told me the service was no longer available as they had requested Groupon to remove it on Sept 18th. They advised me to contact Paypal for a refund since Groupon was still advertising it. Paypal said they couldn't refund me without proof of removal. Therefore, I am seeking a refund from Groupon. I've spent four hours trying to complete this purchase. After setting up an account with PrinterPix and clicking on the "start this canvas" button, nothing is happening. I'm stuck. I tried contacting PrinterPix directly twice, and they asked me to install Google Chrome, which I didn't want to do, but I did it anyway and still can't get the "start this canvas" button to work. I attempted to call Groupon's support, but I ended up in an automated loop, so I found this chat option on the website. I'm not making progress on the app either. Please cancel the three purchases with PrinterPix. This whole ordeal is extremely frustrating. If this isn't resolved, I might avoid making purchases on Groupon in the future. I recently used Precision Towing and Recovery services, but I am unable to reach them for scheduling. Despite their strong online presence, their communication has been lacking. I attempted to cancel through Groupon, but was told it would take 5-10 days, which is unreasonable for a same-day transaction. I returned my Apple AirPods to Mantoquin and received an email confirming the return. They approved my refund through Groupon. I placed an order for the second time since the first one arrived with damaged packaging. Months later, I made another order, and the courier, who was very unprofessional, called me when he was already at my place where there was no one, suggesting to leave the package on the street. After I paid, without waiting for me, he took it to an SDA warehouse. When I went to pick it up, they informed me I have to pay more. This is unacceptable. I want to speak with someone immediately. It's frustrating not to have a contact number.

I purchased vouchers for the Infinity Flair in Laurel, NJ. At first, there was an issue processing my credit card, so I updated it. Despite this, my Groupons are still showing as pending. I was trying to take advantage of the 40% off offer. I spent over 2 hours chatting with two different representatives but the problem remains unresolved. I would prefer a phone call to sort this out. My order has been "in transit" for almost 6 weeks and I am yet to receive it. Last week, the live chat kept disconnecting, making it hard for me to track my goods or cancel the order for a full refund. They declined to honor the two vouchers in my account due to contacting them outside the specified timescale. This has resulted in a loss of £40.
