I have a friend on one of you bus's,she is handy caped and needs help getting her baggage on and off the bus.*This morning she is traveling from Springfield,Ohio to Indianapolis,Indian,on bus number *****.*When she asked the driver for help the driver told my friend that is not her place to her help my handy cape friend.*This is a violation of FEDERAL ADA LAWS*and we WILL BE contacting an attorney as soon as she gets home today.
