Leon and glenys Bain booked travel with greyhound leaving tampa may ** going to chicago. Returning to tampa from chicago june * confirmation ********. May ** reached atlanta where they delayed the transfer. They gave us an option to cancel atlanta to chicago portion and refund $*** each person. Then I re booked from Atlanta to chicago for may ** arriving may ** in chicago. I contacted customer care and they said my trip june * from chicago to tampa was cancelled. I never cancelled this portion. The agent at the ticket counter must of cancelled the whole ticket. Please help as I need to take the bus which I scheduled for june * and this portion is paid for.
