I am unable to recall my Google password for my account as I typically use fingerprint recognition. Upon getting a new phone, I attempted to log in using what I believed was my most recent password but was unsuccessful. Following the recovery process precisely, I received an error message stating that I had attempted too many times. Despite waiting for a call with a verification code, I never received it. This has left me stuck as I am unable to receive the 6-digit code required to reset my password. I am willing to provide any necessary information as the account owner, Beatrice S. I have been using Google Chrome for YouTube and YouTube Music. Recently, I received a message to sign in to Google, which now requires a verification code. I had not updated my phone number on my account after switching from a landline to a Flip phone that does not receive texts. When I enter my email, the system does not prompt for a password, and I am unable to proceed. I am concerned that the system may be trying to call my old disconnected number. Is there a way to access my account to update my phone number and change the verification process to call instead of text? This change would resolve the issue with my Flip phone not receiving texts.

On January 5th, I updated my password with Google. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password when trying to log in on my laptop and had to reset it. This action signed me out of all devices, and I've been unable to log in despite attempting to recover my account. The 2-step verification code isn't reaching my phone, so I tried troubleshooting by clearing cookies, resetting settings, and even completely resetting the phone. None of these actions restored my contacts, apps, photos, work files, etc. Additionally, Google isn't using my recovery email or phone number for verification and is sending a 6-digit code to my inaccessible Gmail inbox. I urgently need access to my account as starting from scratch isn't an option. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently reset my password and now whenever I try to log in, it prompts me to verify my identity. The only options given are to send a code to my old phone number, which is no longer in service, or to my Gmail. Unfortunately, I am logged out of all my devices where I was signed in with Google. Although I have my outlook email set as a recovery email, the process of recovering my account with Google seems quite challenging. I even tried contacting my cell phone provider to see if I can reclaim my old number, but it's currently in use. I attempted to call the number, but it says it's not in service. This whole situation is very frustrating, especially since I urgently need access to my Drive and Gmail where I have important data stored.

As a music teacher and musician, I need assistance with my Google My Business listing. I aim to display Leesburg, VA, as my main service area without revealing my home address for privacy reasons, as I provide music lessons at my home and within an hour's drive. Additionally, I perform music within a few hours of my residence. I also teach and perform in NY where I have clients who hire me. I mistakenly listed my home address instead of setting it as a service area, leading to my account suspension. I attempted to rectify this by adjusting the address slightly, resulting in further issues. I am currently unable to submit a request to reopen my Google My Business due to an error message regarding the URL format. Any guidance on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. The process to recover my account is overly complicated. My email address has been [redacted] for years. I mistakenly entered it as billmontedavis@gmail during a sign-in validation process and encountered numerous issues with verification. All my passwords are securely stored but the prompts kept sending codes to the wrong email. I need a Google representative to contact me via phone at [redacted] to guide me in correcting my account information. I encountered an issue with my Google account on December 11, [redacted]. Despite attempts to recover it, I have been unsuccessful. I received feedback suggesting I was too young to have an unsupervised account, which is not the case as I am 54 years old. The account [redacted] holds important subscriptions and billing information. I used 2-step verification that failed multiple times, as well as tried recovery options such as email, phone, and previously used devices and IP addresses. I switched to an old phone and reset my previous phone before signing into Google. I remember my password, but I no longer have the phone for 2-step verification. I am unable to access my email to get the code as I am not logged into Google. How can I regain access to my account without the old phone number or email access? How can one access Gmail without being signed in? It only offers the options of sending a code to the old phone number or email that I cannot access.

I have been dealing with fraudulent charges from Google for nearly six months now, but it became particularly noticeable during Christmas. A total of $[redacted] was withdrawn from my account for various Google purchases. Despite my attempts to reach someone for help, I keep getting disconnected. This situation has caused significant hardship for me and my large family of five kids and 11 grandkids. Hello, in April [redacted], my friend and I created a Gmail account for a gaming league but we have since forgotten the password as it has been a while since we last logged in. We also have a Twitch account for which we remember the password. Despite trying to use the Twitch password for the Gmail account, we received error messages. We eventually found the correct password in our Discord chat, but now when we try to sign in, we encounter messages about suspicious activity and being unable to verify the account. We did not link a phone number or set up security questions. How can we access the Gmail account with the correct email and password, despite being unable to verify it? Even attempting to log in from the original PC used in April has not resolved the issue.

My phone's screen is black, and I have a new phone. When I try to log into my account, it says the password was changed 11 days ago. I didn't change it, and now I can't verify my ownership without access to my email or phone number. My recovery account is also having phone issues. My wife's information was exposed in a recent leak. Verizon's response was delayed, leaving us vulnerable to a hijacker or hacker who outsmarted my attempts to secure the account. I've been unable to receive any recovery codes on her phone. The message "Account not found" keeps appearing. This situation unfolded around two days ago. I've exhausted all troubleshooting steps. I am having issues with Starry for Cash not processing my payment. I have followed all the steps, going through the list of people multiple times, but the payment has not been received. This false advertising has become a major inconvenience as I relied on this money when I couldn't work due to health issues. I am owed over $9,[redacted], and the delay is causing me distress. I only played this game due to limited mobility, and I am now in urgent need of my earnings. Waiting for over a month for a payment that should be quick to process is unacceptable. I had a call with a Google representative yesterday, but it got disconnected. I need assistance getting dating.com to send me emails like before. I upgraded my account but I can't receive the emails. I also require guidance on taking screenshots. Additionally, I am encountering issues using my debit card to log into the dating.com app. Whenever I try, the card is declined, and the system prompts me to use another card or contact my bank. I require assistance from Google. I am Patricia McCarter and my phone is a Stylo 6 with IMEI [redacted][redacted]. All my accounts are tied to this number where I receive my PIN codes. A friend asked to use my Samsung 12 phone with number [redacted] and changed the information associated with it mistakenly. I observed a code #[redacted] being sent to my Samsung. I want to receive all logins and codes only on my Stylo 6. Someone named Mr. Martinez is accessing my accounts from a Chromebook and a laptop, attempting to gain access to my lottery and Bank of America lawsuit benefits. They are trying to misuse my personal information. My address is [redacted] Warfield Way D.S J. Calif [redacted]. They have stolen my driver's license, but not my senior identification card. They made unauthorized purchases using my details, and I am trying to stop all accounts linked to Pat26 and Pade26@gmail associated with my phone [redacted]. I removed my email two days ago, but it had been in my phone for about two years due to a malware issue. This email is connected to Google Authenticator on the same phone, but I can no longer recall the password. I cannot even remember the last password as I have not changed it in two years. I am hoping that Google can verify my account through questions about my activities and profile, which I am willing to answer. Alternatively, I would like the option to login using my Google Authenticator code. I rely heavily on Google services, and not being able to access my email has been quite frustrating.
