I need assistance regarding an accident involving one of your customers, Enriqueta Sanchez, that occurred on February 9th around 9:30 pm. The incident happened as I was pulling out of the Circle K gas station on Hutchins and Pleasanton Rd. Despite trying to see around a parked Via bus, Ms. Sanchez collided with my recently repaired truck, just a block away from the gas station. Now, the driver's side of my truck is severely damaged, making it almost undrivable, which I rely on for work. I, Linda Vance, am aware of a claim against me and would like to discuss it with the claimant. I have a friend who owns Five Star Auto Shop, Gordy's Auto Wrecking, and believe this matter could be resolved without the need for a claim. I kindly request the claimant to contact me. If the goal is to have the car fixed, it can be efficiently handled. If unsatisfied, a claim can be filed, but I trust Gordy's expertise due to his many years in the industry. I recently brought my car to the auto repair shop to fix some damage, and when I went to collect it, the insurance adjuster mentioned that the check engine light was on. They ended up keeping my car for an extra three days and informed me that they had fixed it by replacing the throttle body fuse. When I drove my car home, I noticed that the heat, AC, radio, and back-up camera were not working. These features were all functioning properly when I initially brought in my car for repairs. Now, my vehicle keeps stalling every time I come to a stop, making it unsafe to drive. I believe I should be provided with a rental car until these issues are adequately addressed, especially since I have a trip to Vegas planned for tomorrow. The repair shop seems to be suggesting that these problems were preexisting, but they were not present before I brought in my car.

Dear Geico, I am writing to you because recently I was fined by the state of Nevada for $[redacted] due to a lapse in coverage for 8 days. I did not receive any notice of cancellation from Geico, and I was unaware that my policy had been canceled. Despite making payments through a payment plan, there were issues with my second payment and I believe the paperwork was lost. It has been three weeks since my car was taken, and I followed the procedures by filing a claim as required. I was expecting Geico to arrange a rental car for me during this time, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive one. I recently received an email from Geico stating they would only cover the rental expenses until the 21st, even though I have not even been provided with a rental car. This situation has greatly impacted my daily life; I have been unable to run errands, take my kids to school, or attend important events like my daughter's father-daughter dance. I find it frustrating that despite faithfully paying my insurance premiums to Geico every month, they are not extending the assistance I need during this difficult time.

Hello, I recently received a quote which initially was around $[redacted]. However, when I tried to finalize it, I was instructed to report a comprehensive claim that I have on my record. This claim occurred on 2/16/21 due to weather conditions causing a cracked windshield. My current insurance declarations page confirms coverage of under $[redacted] for this claim. When I followed the directions on your website, it indicated to classify it as theft or vandalism, which does not align with the nature of the claim. Upon selecting vandalism, my quote increased to around $[redacted]. I am perplexed as to why weather-related damage would lead to such a spike in the quote. I have two insurance policies for the same car with Geico that I need to cancel. Despite what the salesman said, I prefer to cancel through you guys. I already have a policy with another company and would like to stay with them. If you are unable to cancel the policy, I will have to cancel my bank card and account. I'm switching from our current auto insurance provider and obtained an online quote with Geico. Today, I contacted the GEICO agent named David via text to request an email as their phone line is unresponsive. David declined, suggesting I call again. I believe GEICO should take responsibility for the incident involving their insured vehicle hitting my parked car. I shouldn't have to spend hours navigating their automated system. During our conversation, David stated he would close the case without compensation, refusing to address the details of the accident. I find this unacceptable. The correspondence from GEICO contradicted their initial acceptance of fault, claiming my parked car hit their vehicle. I have requested arbitration from the California Department of Insurance. Clarification is needed regarding the responsibility of the driver mentioned in our parked car, as it was unoccupied. GEICO's mention of driver negligence and potential future legal complications is concerning. A transparent account of the accident is required before discussing repairs to my damaged bumper.

I purchased a car recently and soon realized it was not running properly. I returned it to Bud Lawrence, who directed me to a mechanic. The mechanic diagnosed a failing transmission, unable to fix it. Ford, where I bought the car, retrieved it last Monday to investigate further. There is an issue with my Geico auto policy as the underwriter wrongly listed "controlled substance" convictions when it should have been "Unauthorized dealership" for selling extra vehicles. I have proof from the DMV with a notarized driving report. I provided photos and explanation as requested but have not heard back from the underwriters as my policy cancellation date approaches on April 1st.

Geico representatives helped lower our homeowner's policy premium and found another policy for us, but unfortunately failed to cancel the original policy. Consequently, we were charged for two policies through our escrow account without our knowledge. We only discovered this double billing almost a year later when we received our Escrow Analysis in the mail. Despite reaching out to multiple representatives, we have not received a full reimbursement. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was sent to the same individual, Chris, who rudely declined to help and abruptly ended the call.
