My email rep has stopped answering my question. I am sick of writing this down and I’m Sending this to the better business bureau as well posting on social media. I have been charged for the first service after having a day of the free ** day trial for the service. After I got it and had for a days time I was told it was a billing problem. So I bought the *gb plan but was not able to use it till the **th then on the **th I’m told it was a billing problems. You tried to charge my card again for services I already paid for but not able to use. When I asked for a explanation Lee P. Said it was wrong and sent in a email all charges some of which I never heard of or knew what was about for **.** the denied. It clearly showed where on the **th the new plan was charged and FreedomPop got the money but he kept saying I owed. How can I owe for a service that FreedomPop would not let me use till the **th? Then on the **th tell me it’s a billing issue when you got the money. I went back and forth with emails till he stopped replying. With me on the east coast and you on the west I know it was not after hours. Now I have to wait till Monday which does not help me on the stuff I needed to do online this weekend. I need someone to fix this mess because I am not happy having it for going on two months and only being on the Internet with it for * days.
