Deactivate and cancel my account ... I tried to cancel my service but it says I have another device. I don’t! Also I paid $** in top up credits that never posted to my account but when I looked at my bank statement it shows I paid. I have since canceled service without my credits ever showing. Also, I’d like my email and bank info registered with FreedomPop to be removed. How and when will I be refunded for the $** credit that never posted prior to canceling? My user email is *****@***.com
I paid $** in topup credits that never posted to the account prior to canceling. My bank statement shows I was charged. I want my account deactivated and service canceled. Also a refund of the $** for the credits that never posted.
Deactivate my account. Cancel my service. Refund me the credits that never posted but was charged.
