The issue in GetHuman-kuligj's own words
I was signing up for the free trial plan and there was a pop up which stated something about an extra device for a $*.** one time activation fee and I thought it was just charging me to activate the device that was already in my cart so I clicked ok, now FreedomPop is sending me two mobile hotspot devices and is going to be activating two montly data plans.
It is practically impossible to contact someone directly and they charge a $*.** a month service charge if you want direct access to their customer service, which is in itself a scam. If I knew that, beforehand then I never would have thought to purchase their services.
I wish to cancel the delivery and service on the second Super Nova LTE mobile hotspot and I would like the $*.** one time activation fee refunded to my account as well. The delivery ID number is: ********* I would like this and any agreement of service removed from my account so I am not billed at a future date. I feel as if I were tricked into buying a second service plan and a device I did not want or need, they did not state exactly what it was that I was purchasing until after the point of billing.
