After reaching the 15th, they now suggest canceling the order and placing a new one - at a loss to me. The lack of a clear policy for customer losses is frustrating. Even conflicting information from different callers within the company adds to the confusion. The suggestion to cancel and reorder feels like passing the blame onto me as a customer for choosing Flipkart over Amazon, especially during their sale.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S20FE5G with order No: OD[redacted][redacted]0 that arrived on 10th October. After charging the phone, I noticed both the phone and charger were overheating. Furthermore, I discovered a small scratch inside the screen that is not noticeable to the touch. Additionally, the screen occasionally does not respond correctly. I initiated a return on 14th October, but after a call with an executive on the 15th, I was told to expect further contact on the 17th to discuss the return. Despite being within the 7-day return window, I am frustrated by the delay in resolving these issues. As a Senior Citizen unable to go out easily, I urge for a prompt resolution. Dear Sir/Madam, I am a valued customer of Flipkart. Recently, I purchased the Indibella Women's Shrug on September 26th, [redacted] (Order ID: OD [redacted][redacted]0). The product was delivered on October 5th, [redacted]. Despite not requesting a return, I have been receiving repeated messages and calls for the pickup of the item since the next day. I informed the pickup personnel that I wished to keep the product and did not request a return. They canceled the return process and collected the pin number. However, to my surprise, the same situation repeated the following day. Ever since, I have been daily notified for the pickup, inconveniencing me during work and important meetings. I am utterly frustrated with this persistent issue and the lack of response from Flipkart's customer service despite my attempts to address the matter. Dear Customer Support, I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years, and my account has been blocked since 30-09-[redacted]. Despite continuous complaints to Flipkart, my account has not been reactivated. There is a cash balance of more than [redacted] rupees in my account that I need access to. I recently received a grocery order from Flipkart that was delivered in bad condition after 4 days past the expected delivery date. I requested a refund for the damaged goods, but even after almost 20 days, my issue remains unresolved, and my cash balance has not been refunded. I urge the team to promptly address and resolve this matter as Diwali festival time is approaching, and I would like to make purchases using my account. On October 16th, I made an online payment for a Dish TV HD from Flipkart with a delivery date of October 22nd. However, on October 17th, a technician from Dish TV arrived with the equipment and installed the antenna without providing the HDMI cable, stating it would cost an additional [redacted] rupees. Despite complaining to Flipkart customer care immediately, there was no resolution. The next day, another call from the technician demanded the antenna back, requesting an OTP which I refused to provide since the installation was incomplete. I've informed Flipkart customer care multiple times, but there has been no response. The delivery date has been postponed to November 8th, and even though the item was picked up on October 17th, there has been no progress. It seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority, and I demand a refund for the mental stress caused by this situation.

Sir, I have not received my payment back yet, and my case has not been resolved. We are very distressed, sir. I had trusted the company with INR 15,[redacted], but now my trust has been broken. They have blocked my account. I humbly request you to please return my payment honestly. All I need is my account ID where the payment was made to be refunded. We are very worried, sir. We are students and if we don't deposit this fee by the end of this month, my name will be removed. I was taking a mobile phone to study, but I didn't receive the mobile phone, only an empty box. Despite submitting all photo documents, I still didn't receive the phone or my payment back. So, I urge you to please return my payment.

I placed an order for a mobile phone for Diwali through Order OD[redacted][redacted]0 on October 21st on FLIPKART as part of an exchange offer. The initial delivery date was indicated as October 23rd. Despite expecting a swift delivery, after 4 days, the item has still not arrived. Customer service representatives have been calling to apologize and keep changing the delivery date. Initially set for October 28th, it was then postponed to the 31st, and now still no clear information. I reset my old mobile on October 23rd in preparation. Currently, I am unable to re-install apps and have not received the new phone, which is oddly only 10 minutes away. This delay has greatly affected my Diwali celebrations due to Flipkart's lack of communication and delays. I urge the company to take responsibility and ensure prompt delivery by tomorrow.

I sold a phone on Flipkart and my old phone was picked up on 5th October. The delivery status was shown as delivered on 15th October. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund until this date. Each time I call Flipkart customer service, they ask me to wait 24 to 48 hours as their team is working on it. They mentioned that I would receive the refund within 24 hours on 22nd October, but it still hasn't been processed. Despite my numerous daily calls to Flipkart, they have not resolved the issue. When requesting to speak to a senior supervisor, I am put on hold for extended periods and often disconnected. I have not had a proper conversation with a senior supervisor as promised. I am frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this matter.

I am experiencing trouble logging into my Flipkart account as it is indicating that my account has been blocked. I have attempted to contact Flipkart customer service for over 20 days without receiving a response. I keep seeing messages stating that the issue is resolved without any actual resolution or communication with me. I am concerned about not being able to pay on time for items purchased using Flipkart pay later. If my account remains blocked, it will lead to overdue payments accumulating with additional taxes and unnecessary transaction charges. When I received my "Shiv Rudraksha Mala, Damaru Ring, and Mahakal Bracelet" set, I noticed the ring was damaged. I contacted Flipcart to replace the ring, but their policy required me to return the whole package. Upon receiving the new package, I found the bracelet was damaged. I asked for a refund so I could purchase a new combo set. Flipcart agreed, collected the package, and said my refund would be processed in a day or two. Curiously, after two hours, Flipcart returned the broken package, stating my refund request was canceled. I am puzzled by this unexpected turn of events. I have requested returns four times, but the issue remains unresolved to this date. If the return process is not completed promptly, our group members will boycott Flipkart, impacting their sales. I received the pre-paid item CELLBELLDESIRE C [redacted] Mid Back Wheelchair on 08.10.[redacted] but was disappointed to find it defective and damaged. Despite reaching out to customer support since 09.10.[redacted], my issue remains unresolved. The tracking site falsely claims the item is yet to be delivered as of 14.10.[redacted] -- even though it arrived earlier. Being a Plus Member for five years, I've never encountered such problems before. On 12.10.[redacted], Mr. Ankit Paraswar assured an exchange within 48 hours, but this has not happened. Please clarify your defective item exchange/refund policies to ensure customer trust. Time is crucial for customers like me, and sincerity in resolving issues is vital. Remember, customer satisfaction drives market success. I hope for a prompt resolution to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

Hello, My friend ordered an iPhone for me using a credit card. He received a message from Flipkart stating that the product would be delivered today (14th November) in the afternoon. However, when I waited until the evening, I contacted the delivery person who mentioned a technical issue requiring an OTP before delivery. Customer service at Flipkart suggested picking up the parcel without an OTP. When attempting to reach the delivery person, there was no answer. After contacting Flipkart customer service again, a representative mentioned a possible delivery on the 17th November due to an issue raised. If delivery cannot be made as promised, it would be better not to provide specific dates. The service quality is disappointing. Please ensure the parcel is delivered by tomorrow as it is urgently needed. Thank you.

I purchased a 7.5 kg Samsung washing machine on November 1st, and it was delivered on November 4th. However, no installation or demo was provided. I purchased the OnePlus wireless Bluetooth Z2 from Flipkart, an E-Commerce website, on 11/15/[redacted]. Hello Team, I recently placed an order for a laptop with an exchange on 06/11/[redacted] (order no OD[redacted][redacted]0). After 12 days, I was informed that the order cannot be delivered, so I placed a new order on 18/11/[redacted] (order no OD[redacted][redacted]0). Surprisingly, both orders were delivered on the same day and time. When your executive visited my site, there was a charging issue with the laptop due to an electricity problem. Although I suggested canceling a specific order, the executive canceled a different one. Another executive later visited; however, their mobile application did not accept the correct exchange laptop's serial number. Despite confirming with your toll-free number that the serial number was correct, the executive insisted I cancel the order or pay an additional amount of [redacted]. The mismatch between the website exchange serial number and the executive's mobile is concerning and has made me question my trust in Flipcart for urgent requirements due to these service issues I have encountered. I submitted a return request on the same day, but Flipkart canceled it. I resubmitted the return request on 5/11/[redacted]. I recently discovered that my Flipkart account has been banned without any prior notice or explanation. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in using either my phone number or email address. Every attempt to resolve this through the app has been unsuccessful as it prompts me to log in first, which is proving to be impossible. It requests that I contact customer support, but that option is currently inaccessible to me.
