I'm currently facing an issue regarding the delivery of two packages scheduled for today. Despite the status indicating an attempt was made, no one rang the bell or left a door hanger, making me doubt the delivery attempt. One of the packages is on its second attempt, while the other is on the first. Customer service mentioned that because it's a ground package, the driver won't try again today, even though they didn't come initially. The first delivery might be sent back if not successfully delivered by Saturday, which I am unsure of since no one might be available to receive it. This recurring problem with the delivery service in our area is frustrating. It seems accountability for the drivers' actions is lacking. The tracking numbers for my packages are [redacted]22 and [redacted]04. I've been unable to reroute them to the nearest shipping center. I simply want my packages delivered as promised. I organized the return of an item to Walmart.com through FedEx with a scheduled pickup for September 10. On the specified day, THREE FedEx trucks arrived on my street, one of which made a delivery to the address where my return item was located. Despite having a label supplied by Walmart.com and a sign specifically made for the box stating "FedEx Pickup, One Box," the driver delivering the package walked right past it without acknowledging the pickup indication.

Subject: Assistance Needed with FedEx Delivery I am Randy Mullinax from [redacted] Rantowles Rd, Anderson, SC [redacted]. Today, on 9/13/21, there was a delivery attempt at my residence, but I was not available to sign for the package. My neighbor interacted with the driver who mentioned the package required a signature, but my neighbor declined to sign on my behalf. The driver mentioned they will reattempt delivery on Tuesday, 9/14. Unfortunately, I do not have the tracking number with me currently, as I am away from home and my neighbors did not spot any tracking tag left by the driver. I have a door camera that did not capture the driver approaching my door either, leading to the absence of a tracking number. As I am on vacation until Wednesday, September 29th, I kindly request the option to either have the package redirected to my next-door neighbor at [redacted] Rantowles Road, Anderson, SC [redacted], or for the delivery to be made without a personal signature, placing the package inside my outdoor grill under the metal carport. I was informed that my package scheduled for Sunday, 9 12 [redacted], could not be delivered due to lack of a safe location, which is incorrect. It could have been left on my front porch like everyone else's in my neighborhood. I was told I needed to pay $2.20 for another delivery attempt within two days, or it would be sent back to the sender. Unfortunately, my debit card is blocked due to identity theft, and I am unable to make the payment. I do not have the tracking number required to discuss this with customer service. It is frustrating and disappointing to potentially lose this purchase due to these circumstances. - L. Blain

I received my order with tracking number [redacted]43 today. The FedEx driver left it by my gate. It contained a tent valued at around $[redacted]. If I hadn't been home and my dog hadn't alerted me, the package could have been stolen. This occurred at Thunder Mountain Monument, a location frequented by tourists and locals. This situation is unacceptable. I request that delivery drivers make an effort to contact me when delivering packages. I travel often, and this is not the first time I've had delivery issues. I can provide a picture if needed. I would appreciate assurances that this won't occur in the future.

My packages are currently stranded in a Saint Rose, LA facility, which is just 12 miles away from my location. The shipment has been in transit for three weeks, with the last five days being stationary. Initially set to be redirected to the FedEx office last Friday, now it's Tuesday with no movement. This delay is critically impacting my business, and I must receive these three packages today to prevent severe consequences. I have noticed that FedEx started leaving packages at the end of my driveway near the pavement, which is not secure as I live in a rural area. This began after I raised concerns about their delivery driver damaging my landscaping while using a turn-around meant for passenger vehicles. Despite my driveway being wide enough for a full-sized delivery truck, FedEx continues to drop packages at the edge of the road, causing damage to my property. The tracking number for the latest package left this way is 9[redacted] 8[redacted] [redacted] 08. When I spoke to a FedEx customer service representative, they incorrectly stated it was a shipper issue related to USPS, but I know my regular USPS mail carrier delivers to my door without issue. Following my request for the driver to stop using the incorrect turn-around, FedEx stopped similar deliveries. I am looking to address this ongoing problem of packages being left insecurely at the road's edge.

Subject: Issue with Recent Home Delivery I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service on 9/3/[redacted] at [redacted] Broadway Ave, Jacksonville, FL [redacted]. The delivery person claimed in the report that the package was left on my porch, but in reality, it was left on the street near the mailbox on public property. This careless handling could have resulted in anyone taking my package. I have a clear sidewalk leading to my front porch, and there was no reason for the delivery person not to place it there. I request that this issue be addressed by management to ensure proper handling of packages in the future. Dear Customer Service, I received a package from Chewy after Hurricane Ida. The delivery was made to the wrong apartment, leading to the package being stolen. Despite specifying "upper right apartment" on my address, it was left at a lower address, making it an easy target for theft. As a senior, I rely on Chewy for heavy deliveries since I can't carry them upstairs. However, this is the second time a package has been misplaced by your staff, causing inconvenience. FedEx has also delivered packages incorrectly in the past, causing further issues. The condition of some deliveries, with damaged dog food cans, has been unsatisfactory. On September 4th, I placed an order for two Galaxy A02s with order #EK-BEPP-[redacted]01. The items were shipped via FedEx with tracking #[redacted]37, scheduled for delivery on the 9th and 10th of September. Despite the FedEx app indicating the package was out for delivery on both days, I did not receive it, and the status was updated to "customer unavailable." After filing a complaint, I was informed by a warehouse manager from the South Bend FedEx facility on September 11th that the driver refused to deliver to my address, citing safety concerns at my apartment complex. Instead, they proposed a pick-up location at Walgreens for me to retrieve the package. However, as of today, the package has not arrived at Walgreens, and FedEx seems to have lost track of it. Despite a recent appearance of a FedEx van in my parking lot, the package was not delivered. It's now the 17th, and the situation remains unresolved.

On September 17, [redacted], at 11:22 A.M. EST, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the FedEx service in my area. Despite being a retired senior who is home daily, the FedEx driver failed to notify me of a delivery on August 16, [redacted]. Instead, a tenant in my building informed me about a door tag left downstairs with the number DT[redacted]61. This lack of communication seems to be a recurring issue with the drivers on this route. I have already contacted the shipper and notified their membership services about this incident. I used to hold FedEx in high regard as a premium delivery service, but now I find their service lacking compared to USPS. I attempted to reach FedEx headquarters by phone at 11:07 A.M. at [redacted]. After being transferred to Operator Jennifer, I have been on hold for the past 46 minutes and counting. I plan to file a complaint with Frederick W. Smith, the CEO, to address the shortcomings in delivery and customer service.

Subject: Regarding Tracking Number [redacted]68 I have finally found an email address to inquire about the status of my shipment. Unfortunately, the package I was expecting was never delivered. I submitted a claim on 6/15/21 with case number [redacted]. When I called the number [redacted] around 6/29, I encountered language barriers initially, and eventually was directed to technical support. They explained that since the package was sent by Walgreens, I needed to contact the seller to address the issue. However, I had actually made the purchase from a private seller, so I was confused as to how Walgreens became involved in the delivery process. Despite reaching out to the seller and PayPal, who handled my payment, I was unable to make progress. Subsequent research revealed that as the buyer, I could have initiated the claim process, and FedEx could use GPS data to determine the actual delivery location. The tracking information stated that the package was left at the front door without requesting a signature. In reality, I always leave instructions for packages to be placed in a specific location due to a gated entrance. Given the circumstances, I believe the package was either delivered to the wrong address or mishandled by the driver. I reside at 3 Petticoat Hill Road, Williamsburg, MA [redacted]. There is a mix-up with a nearby address, 3 Petticoat Lane, which belongs to the Smith family. Couriers frequently bring packages for them to my address in error. Despite the correct original address, FedEx often mislabels the packages with an incorrect "Address Correction" to 3 Petticoat Hill Road instead of Smith at 3 Petticoat Lane. It would be greatly appreciated if your organization could update your system to recognize 3 Petticoat Lane, Williamsburg, MA as a legitimate delivery address. Otherwise, compensating me for delivering the Smiths' packages the final portion would be fair. Although I have raised this issue with a driver previously, a permanent solution requires database correction on your end.

I had an order of firearms picked up from [redacted] Industrial Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana [redacted] on September 13, [redacted]. The original delivery date was scheduled for September 17, [redacted]. It's now the 21st, and there is still no estimated delivery date. I was informed that the delay was due to weather, but the weather in Colorado today is clear despite receiving light rain last night. I doubt the small amount of rain would significantly impact delivery. I'm concerned that the package may be lost. If I don't receive a resolution soon, I will have to report the missing firearms to the ATF. I've attempted to contact FedEx customer service multiple times but only reach a busy signal. Tracking # [redacted]78: I expected my perishable package on Friday, September 17. However, it was delayed at the Hagerstown facility for 2 days and the Ashland facility for another 2 days. The delivery was eventually made on Monday the 20th in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the package arrived with the bottom completely open, the dry ice was missing, and the product had to be discarded. When I contacted customer service, I had difficulty understanding the representative due to a possible language barrier. Another agent I spoke with denied responsibility and was unhelpful initially. After a lengthy discussion, the person agreed to investigate but still did not acknowledge fault. This poor service led to a second incident of losing perishable items due to delivery delays. I urge the company to meet their delivery commitments and address these issues promptly.

On September 22, [redacted], your delivery driver claimed to have tried delivering package [redacted]77 and left a notice on our front door. However, this is not accurate. I have evidence from both the GPS system on your truck and our property's video surveillance that clearly shows your driver did not come anywhere close to our home. Our driveway is half a mile long, making it impossible for your driver to have reached our house from the road. Additionally, I can easily demonstrate that no delivery notice was left using our surveillance footage. I am only receiving information about this "attempted delivery" through emails sent to my email address.

This is my second time addressing my concern with a recent purchase from Walmart. I was notified by FedEx via text that the package with Tracking number [redacted]35 was delivered at 3:10 pm on September 21. Surprisingly, I was home at that time and no FedEx delivery took place. I have Ring Video/Doorbell systems installed at both outside doors, and there was no activity around 3:10 pm as stated. Reviewing the footage before and after that time, no delivery was captured. The FedEx documentation indicated that the package was received by someone named "elandry," whom I do not know. I have had numerous successful FedEx deliveries in the past without any issues. I urgently need this item for a gift and would appreciate a prompt refund so I can make a local purchase before Saturday, September 25. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I have not received the parcel. I don't want to speak with anyone. All I require from FedEx is for them to send me a replacement package, at their cost, containing undamaged items. I have footage of my property, including the driveway and front and rear doors, which I am willing to present in court if necessary. If FedEx does not replace the lost or stolen items, I will take legal action in small claims court. I am displeased with the implication that I am trying to steal the merchandise. I received a package from India through FedEx with tracking number #[redacted]64, but it was sent to my P.O. Box #[redacted] in St. Louis, Missouri [redacted], where FedEx does not deliver. The package is now in St. Louis, and I need to provide my street address to prevent further delay. Despite attempting to phone FedEx to update my address to [redacted] Washington Avenue, Apt. [redacted], Saint Louis, Missouri [redacted], I was informed that it could not be done over the phone.
