You charged me for a subscription I cancelled * months ago and I thought it had gone through because you hadn't tried to charge my account for * months now. That is until today. And this is not fair because I had cancelled * months ago and I asked you to put me back on the free account. That was before my trial was up and I made sure of of per your terms and conditions because I didn't want to have to go through hearing you say that I broke them, because I didn't. I cancelled over * months ago, and I did it before you kept informing you that I owed you, so I shouldn't have ignored your requests for payments during this time because I felt safe that you had done what you promised. Cancel. My subscription over * months ago. Please refer back to your records when I had done this Benoist you will find it there. I'm just mad because this is a second time I had signed up for a trial with you and this happened before. Please? I cancelled per your terms and conditions before my trial period was up. So please do so at this time and do the right thing and refund my money you debited also please, because you hadn't tried to debit for * months now and you waited all this time to debit again after I cancelled. I have accessed my free account on Experian with no issues up until this miscommunication with subscriptions and cancellations etc
