I booked a room at the Hampton Inn in Paris, TX for November 30th. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. My account number for the reservation is [redacted][redacted], and I was charged $[redacted].60. I'm seeking a full refund due to the inability to stay at the hotel. I've tried contacting customer service, but the automated system is unable to assist me.

I am looking to book an all-inclusive vacation package for two adults (my husband and me) and our 6-month-old son. I have indicated that my son will sit on my lap during the flights, but I am being charged for him elsewhere, possibly at the resort. Shouldn't he be free since he is under 1 year old? I want to report a potential scam involving your company. I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Expedia regarding a coupon in my name. The call came from a local number, [redacted]. When I requested to be removed from their call list, they said they didn't have one. Since I haven't used Expedia, I'm concerned about how I would have a coupon. Just thought you should be aware.

In [redacted], I made a booking with British Airways through Expedia, and unfortunately, my flights were canceled. Expedia provided me with a credit following BA's policy at that time. However, BA updated their policy this year to allow refunds instead of credits. When I requested a refund through Expedia, they instructed me to contact BA to determine my eligibility for a refund. Upon reaching out to BA, they confirmed that refunds are indeed being offered for flights canceled during the specified period, and no further verification is necessary. BA stated that it is Expedia's responsibility to handle the refund process. A BA representative informed me that Expedia's claim was inaccurate and that they should be processing the refund as per BA's policy update.

This morning, my three kids and I went up there. I showed the emails, but we were told the same thing. We were informed that we could get help and that we would be put on the next flight on Sunday the 20th. I am worried because all the flights are booked. I thought of calling customer service, but I don't know what else to do. My son's birthday is on the 17th, and I am distressed about the situation. This is not fair, and I would like a refund.

The booking with Expedia was made with an invalid email address typo ([redacted]) that does not belong to me. I've reached out to Expedia for assistance to cancel the booking but was directed to their customer service portal, where they confirmed there is no booking linked to my AMEX card. They advised contacting my bank for a refund. Tamra (the car rental company) confirmed the cancellation of my booking for the KIA Morning car with Expedia, stating the car has been allocated to another customer.

Hello, I am writing on behalf of my wife, Y. Feng. She has a flight booked through Expedia with the confirmation number NG0F9Z. The first leg of the journey is scheduled for 8:05am on Monday, December 26th, departing from Paris, France (CDG-Roissy-Charles de Gaulle) on China Eastern Airlines [redacted] flight operated by AIR FRANCE. The second leg is set to depart at 6:40pm on December 26th from Amsterdam, Netherlands (AMS-Schiphol) and arrive on Tuesday, December 27th in Shanghai, China (PVG-Pudong Intl.) on China Eastern Airlines flight [redacted]. We are requesting Expedia to cancel the Paris-Amsterdam flight and keep the second leg from Amsterdam to Shanghai. We understand that not showing up for the first leg may result in cancellation, which we want to avoid. We appreciate a prompt response.

During my hotel stay, I unfortunately encountered bed bugs. I have photographs and even captured some of them alive on my mattress. I showed the evidence to the staff, but all they offered was one free night, which left me very frustrated. They advised me to seek a refund from Expedia since I booked and paid through them, not directly with the hotel. Despite being relocated to a different room, my troubles continued when I discovered a roach a week later. To make matters worse, I was asked to leave after bringing up the insect issue for the second time.

I received a notification from United Airlines this morning instructing me to check-in for my flight with confirmation code FQSGH1 from Newark. Surprisingly, I do not have any bookings with United. Upon contacting United, they informed me that the reservation was made through Expedia and could not provide further details, although they mentioned that my phone number was linked to this booking. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach Expedia without the Expedia confirmation number or the last 4 digits of the credit card used. I have checked all my credit cards and found no related charges. Hello, I wanted to inform you that we have a car rental booked through Expedia for our upcoming trip to Jamaica from February 14th to 21st, [redacted]. Recently, Swoop notified us of some changes to our flight times to and from Kingston, Jamaica. Our flight is now scheduled to land at 12:25 pm on the 14th and depart at 1:25 pm on the 21st. Due to these adjustments, we will need the car around 1:30 pm on the 14th and plan to return it by mid-morning on the 21st. Could you kindly confirm if these new times are acceptable for our booking? I made a reservation at Ascot Suites in Morro Bay, CA starting on December 31 for four days. I need to push the booking back by one day but I can't locate it in my account. It might be under either of these two email addresses which I can no longer access: [redacted] [redacted] Due to not having access to the booking details, including the reservation number, I'm unable to speak to a live person to make the change. I was on a flight from Vancouver to Chicago but had to disembark due to water issues, causing me to miss my connecting flights to Chicago and Milwaukee on Dec.21, [redacted]. I booked the last available Derlon Suite for two people at Derlon Hotel Maastricht for one night, checking in on December 27th and out on December 28th. I paid €[redacted].99 through ABN/AMRO bank's iDeal, but encountered a white error page after the payment. The payment was processed by 'Worldline'. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation email, and without an Expedia account or app, I am unable to verify my booking status. I made a reservation at the One Puerto Vallarta Aeropuerto hotel for December 23, [redacted], for one night, but I experienced severe weather conditions in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, resulting in flight cancellations to Puerto Vallarta.
