Due to errors on your company's part, I am unable to book tickets as usual. I had to cancel all of my tickets on August 20, [redacted], as advised by you that only all trips could be canceled together, not individually. I was informed that my credit would be refunded to my Expedia account within 72 hours. However, after waiting for the specified time and reaching out, I was informed that the credit is in your possession and I need to contact you to make a booking. This issue is hindering my ability to book tickets. Although there is an option on the website, I am unable to proceed due to your incorrect information. I was promised a refund to my Expedia account within 72 hours, which has not been fulfilled. Kindly address this matter promptly.

I encountered an issue while booking a roundtrip flight from Philadelphia to Houston. The return flight with United Airlines was processed, but the departure flight was not confirmed. I did not receive an itinerary or confirmation number. Additionally, I was mistakenly charged three times on my Amex card for the return flights, when the total cost for both flights should have been $1,[redacted].85 according to Expedia. I now wish to cancel the entire trip. Thank you for your assistance.

I booked a hotel room online but didn't end up staying. I made the reservation assuming my card would only be charged at check-in. However, I wanted to cancel shortly after booking because I found a closer hotel, but I was charged without permission and unable to cancel. Despite my efforts to resolve this with Expedia and the hotel, I was charged for a service I didn't receive because they considered me a no-show. I've been attempting to address this within an hour of booking, but have only faced obstacles and excuses. Apparently, it's now too late for a refund, and they are blaming the hotel. I find this situation unreasonable and frustrating as times are tough. I really need my money back.

I booked a room through hotels.com. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were disappointed by the conditions. We inquired about canceling without charge due to the unsatisfactory room. The hotel clerk assured us of a full refund. However, only a partial refund has been credited to the account so far. The room did not match the photos or description; it was dirty, had a blood stain on the bed, damaged furniture, a constantly leaking faucet, a missing TV, and a broken fridge that wouldn't close. The hotel agreed to a full refund based on these issues. I am eager to receive the complete refund promptly, as I am being asked to pay the bill despite the promised refund.

I had booked a trip to the Anaheim hotel in Anaheim, CA, from June 18th to 21st. Needing to reschedule due to illness, on June 15th, I contacted an online representative to move my reservation to October. Despite being informed that I couldn't receive a full refund, I requested to transfer my deposit for the new October dates at the same hotel. The representative, Darryl Janine from Expedia, assured me that my change request would be treated as urgent and that their team would contact me within 72 hours or upon receiving the hotel's response. Unfortunately, I did not hear back within the specified timeframe. Consequently, Expedia neither canceled nor rescheduled my trip, leading to a loss of my funds. I hope Expedia can reimburse the amount I would have received if they had acted as promised.

The airline failed to rebook me on alternative flights as promised in their public notice issued to Trinidad. I have been redirected to Expedia for resolution, but they claim the refund has been completed. The airline, however, states that the funds were released to Expedia, who is responsible for issuing the refund to me. I bought a flight through Expedia to Prince Edward Island with itinerary number [redacted][redacted]. Our Chicago flight on August 23 was canceled as we were heading to the airport, and Air Canada cited "technical issues." We were rebooked on a flight the following morning with a route through Cleveland, Toronto, and finally Prince Edward Island. Having to stay in a hotel, dine out, and hire a driver to reach our Road Scholar group location cost us over $[redacted] for the biking trip and caused us to miss the initial day. To top it off, at the end, we were unexpectedly asked to pay an extra $[redacted].60 to get our boarding passes for the return flight, as we bought the tickets through Expedia. Despite purchasing the flight in June, we had to pay to be able to return home. This frustrating experience may lead us to avoid using Expedia for future bookings.

I attempted to contact Expedia regarding this issue but was unable to do so as I do not possess an itinerary number. I never made this reservation nor received a confirmation letter for it. Recently, Ventura Beach Marriott contacted me, informing me of a booking from Sept 1-4 made through Expedia. I had indeed booked with Ventura Beach Marriott through HotelsOne for late August. When I noticed a $1,[redacted].38 charge on my credit card, I disputed it with my bank as the charge was not supposed to occur until closer to the check-in date according to the cancellation policy. The bank credited back $1,[redacted].38 on Aug. 17, along with another $[redacted] credit for a Rodeway Inn reservation made through HotelsOne on the same day. Despite my attempts to cancel directly with Marriott, I was advised to reach out to Expedia for resolution. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On September 2nd at 12:30 p.m., I made a reservation at Extended Stay of America for September 1st to 2nd for one night. However, when I arrived around 1:00 p.m., there were no rooms available. The Expedia representative who scheduled the reservation had to check availability with Extended Stay of America. Despite having a reservation, the motel had no rooms. I waited in the lobby for 3 hours hoping a room would become available. The agent from Expedia indicated that the motel would refund my money, but as I booked through a third party, I believe Expedia should handle the refund. After waiting for hours for a resolution, I had to call a Lyft to go to another motel, spending $18 on the ride and $[redacted] for the room. Due to this inconvenience, I am requesting a complimentary stay at Extended Stay and reimbursement for the Lyft ride.

Our trip was rescheduled and we left early. There was a mix-up with the dates, and we initially thought we didn't have a room booked. After mistakenly double-booking a hotel date, we stayed at Hotel Preston in Nashville on the 1st. Upon arrival at Hyatt House, we realized our reservation had been for the previous day and was canceled. We rebooked another hotel and inquired about charges, but they stated they wouldn't charge us since the booking was through Expedia. Kindly refrain from charging us for the reservation at Hyatt House on the 1st as it was an honest mistake. As a loyal Expedia customer, I hope we can rectify this issue without facing double charges for the 1st. We have already paid $[redacted] for our stay at Hotel Preston on the 1st through Expedia. I understand it was my error, not the hotel's fault. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been trying to board a flight for two days. I purchased a ticket for the third, but have been unable to fly due to issues at the rental airport and errors on my ticket. I had to pay extra money to correct the ticket mistake, and when I tried to board the plane again, there was only a one-way trip instead of a round-trip. By the time I received the correct information, the last flight had left at 10:00 PM. There were no cars or available rooms in Las Vegas, causing me to lose my reservation. I need assistance in booking a return flight as this situation has been very confusing and frustrating. I am a senior citizen trying to reach the hospital to see my son and I appreciate any help you can provide.

I had an Expedia trip credit that I attempted to redeem through their customer service. However, the process was extremely frustrating and confusing. After speaking with a representative, I was left feeling unsure and concerned about the legitimacy of the transaction. Despite providing my credit card information, I never received the e-ticket as promised. When I reached out to the airlines, they had no record of a ticket being issued. Now, I am left without a ticket and feeling helpless. On September 7th, I attempted to use my credit on the Expedia app to purchase a plane ticket but ended up being charged the full amount to my credit card. Volaris refused a refund and Expedia claims they cannot assist. I have unsuccessfully requested my credit to be refunded and checked. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating with lengthy phone calls to both companies. It is challenging to speak to a representative from Expedia without an itinerary number. I am disappointed with the outcome and hope for a resolution.

Good morning, I am reaching out regarding my WestJet Vacations cancellation with booking number [redacted]. Dear All, I want to share my experience with a booking I made through EXPEDIA for the DRAGON GATE INN in TORONTO. I pre-paid for 3 nights starting September 5, [redacted]. Upon arrival, the lack of clear signage made it hard to find the place. After calling the provided number multiple times with no response, I had to seek other accommodations. The inn owner delayed giving me a refund, claiming false information about my arrival time. Eventually, a refund was promised but no confirmation was received. I am disappointed with this service and urge EXPEDIA to remove this listing. Thank you.

I booked a round trip car shuttle service to and from Cancun. While my arrival was smooth, my return was disappointing. I was scheduled for a 3:41am pickup for an 11:23 am flight, which meant spending nearly 6 hours at the airport. Due to my disability, I couldn't endure the discomfort of waiting in an airport chair for hours on end with just my daughter. Despite trying to reach Mexican Travel for details on my pick up time, I faced difficulties getting through to them, even via WhatsApp. When I finally spoke to a representative, I was told nothing could be done until customer service opened at 9am. They claimed Expedia should have communicated the pick-up time to me. However, my attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia through chat and phone calls were unsuccessful, as the virtual agent couldn't locate my reservation even with my trip details, email, and phone number. I am requesting a refund for the return portion of my trip due to the lack of communication and assistance from both Expedia and Mexican Travel.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided. I made a reservation on Expedia yesterday with itinerary [redacted][redacted]. The contract stated 'pay as you stay' and I paid $34. However, this morning I received a notification from Expedia demanding $[redacted]. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that there was no reservation under my name. I would like to cancel my reservation and receive a refund of $34.77. Thank you.

On July 29th, I made a reservation at Quality Inn in Orlando, FL, planning to pay $[redacted].31 for the stay on that same date. However, when booking through Expedia, the transaction processed for August 29th instead, at a cost of $52.82. Realizing this error, I promptly contacted Expedia to rectify the mistake, as I did not stay at the hotel on August 29th and promptly cancelled the reservation. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I have yet to receive a refund for the incorrect booking. It has been several months now, and I am still awaiting the resolution of this issue.

I booked flights and an Enterprise car rental through Expedia for a trip from O'Hare to San Juan, PR. I need a receipt specifically for the car rental charges to submit for reimbursement from my employer. The Expedia receipt combines the airfare and car rental charges. Expedia advised me to request the car rental invoice from Enterprise. However, Enterprise only provided me with an invoice showing billing details of 0.00 and total payments of 0.00. Enterprise directed me back to Expedia for the invoice. I simply need an invoice from Expedia showing the amount I paid for the Enterprise car rental.

I unintentionally made a reservation at Country Inn and Suites in Lancaster, PA on June 9, [redacted], but I forgot to cancel it since I wasn't aware of the booking. The reservation was made using a rarely used email address, so I didn't receive any confirmations or updates. I booked through various websites to find the best rates, but due to an illness, I had to change my plans and couldn't make the trip. Discovering a charge on my credit card from the hotel, I contacted them, only to find out there was no reservation under my name. Hence, I initiated a dispute with the credit card company.
