A few days ago I called because I have service at * different addresses. When I turned service on, the accounts were supposed to be separate for the addresses. Getting my statement, I saw the addresses were combined on * account and the new account only had * of the new meters on it.
GetHuman3398830 did not yet indicate what Eversource should do to make this right.
