My payment failed due to “invalid account number”. My bank account info is stored on the Eversource website so I don’t see how it could be wrong. Now my bill is $** higher than it was before. If I pay the bill again, how do I know this won’t happen again? Why am I being charged $**?

GetHuman-juliegd did not yet indicate what Eversource should do to make this right.
