I want to find out what I purchased for £**.** which was taken out of my account on **th June. I was ordering ** personalised facemasks and having difficulty up-loading a photo, I finally managed to do this but had not realised the transaction was taken twice and was given a refund but on checking my account the above payment has been taken.
GetHuman7553501 did not yet indicate what Etsy should do to make this right.
