Etsy won’t let me turn off vacation mode. Last week a woman ordered something from me and I never got a notification from Etsy for it. I saw the order almost a week later because I don’t go on Etsy a lot and only sell something like once a year. I sent the order a day late and now my shop is on vacation mode and when I try to turn it off it says “cannot update vacation mode settings in this state”. What do I do? It was one order only one day late. I have no other orders. I’m just trying to sell antiques for my grandma. Etsy didn’t send me an email or notification or anything at all about the order or them putting me on vacation mode.
