The item that I purchased as a gift was not the size described and it doesn't fit. I have emailed the seller, but have not heard back. When I try to contact etsy, they ask me to upload photos, but it actually will not let me do so. It also won't let me submit the issue without adding a photo, which I have but cannot attach. Therefore, I cannot contact etsy at all.
GetHuman7547763 did not yet indicate what Etsy should do to make this right.
