I placed an order for a leather tracksuit on August 23, [redacted], specifying my size and personalized name. Upon receiving the item, I discovered it did not match my requirements; the sizing was incorrect, and my name was misspelled. Varsity Leather was apologetic and promised to correct the mistake, but I experienced delays, false delivery dates, and inactive tracking numbers. After numerous unfulfilled promises, I chose to stop communicating with them. I have sought legal advice, documented all interactions with the company, and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Bethlehem, PA. My experience with Varsity Leather has been disappointing, and I will no longer support businesses associated with ESTY. I am demanding an immediate full refund.

As an Etsy vendor, I have noticed a discrepancy in my Star Seller data regarding message response time. Upon reviewing my records, I can confirm that I responded promptly to a customer named "Kelle" regarding her inquiry about the Saint Frances medal. The customer contacted me on 12/4, and my response was also on 12/4. As a result, I believe my response rate should reflect [redacted]%. I made a purchase on Etsy for an SVU Trivia game and received a receipt with transaction ID #[redacted]. Subsequently, I got an email confirming the shipment of my order (receipt #[redacted]). However, the tracking link provided does not work and shows a message saying, "You are trying to view a receipt that does not belong to you." I have contacted the store owner, Michael, multiple times via email at [redacted] but haven't received a response. My credit card has been charged for this purchase.

I placed an order with JewelryLabTR and my transaction number is [redacted]. Despite receiving a reply from him within 24 hours, the issue with my custom-made piece has not been resolved. The necklace I was supposed to receive on the 18th does not match the description provided. Although JewelryLabTR claimed to have hand-carved the pendants, they do not look handmade. He mentioned a refund but I have not received it yet. I am considering closing my Etsy account due to this frustrating experience. My primary request is to receive the refund for the item.

Hello, I recently received a refund from a seller on Etsy and realized they were very generous as they didn't even ask me to return the bracelet, even though it was too small for me. The seller's measurements were not far off, and I should have measured my wrist before ordering. I would like to have my 2-star review removed or updated to a 5-star review. I purchased two ornaments from Etsy but have not received them yet. The ornaments are from Musicians Gifts and Stylized Designs. Stylized Designs was unable to assist me without an order number, which was not provided on the copied receipt. One ornament from Musicians Gifts is a wreath with an upright base priced at $24.95, and the other from Stylized Designs features a female shot put thrower and costs $11.00. I do not have an active Etsy account, but I am inquiring about this order.

Hello, I am a shop owner on Etsy and I am facing an issue with a customer who is demanding a refund before their order has arrived. Despite explaining that the order is on its way and advising them to wait until the scheduled delivery date, the customer has been persistently rude and pushy. Subsequently, our shop has received negative reviews from customers claiming non-receipt of orders just days after placing them, which is untrue and damaging our shop's reputation. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to these reviews. I am seeking advice on how to protect ourselves as shop owners. It feels unjust that customers can spread falsehoods online without allowing us to defend ourselves. Is there a way to report this issue to Etsy and request the removal of these misleading reviews? I attempted to purchase a chest of drawers from seller Carrie Springfield, paid with my Citibank credit card, and never received the item. I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].00 for order number [redacted]. Despite reaching out to the seller via messages and phone calls, I have been repeatedly postponed. Carrie Springfield is also meant to send me a $70.00 check due to my credit card payment. My experience has been distressing, and I caution against using her services on Etsy. Additionally, I have been waiting on hold for 40 minutes with Etsy customer service to no avail. As a retired teacher, a loss of $[redacted].00 is a significant burden for me. Thank you, Carol

I receive numerous orders and like to inform all my customers that I will be packaging and sending their orders the next day on TikTok. Recently, if I message more than four people, I am unable to log into my account and cannot send any messages. It is frustrating because I know my customers appreciate the updates and express their gratitude. Why is Etsy not allowing me to contact their customers when there are stores that have more than four orders at a time? Please address this issue. I recently discovered fraudulent activity on my credit card connected to Etsy. Despite not having an account on the platform, unauthorized charges were made. I took action by canceling the compromised card and obtaining a new one. However, to my dismay, there have already been new charges on the replacement card. I am eager to resolve this situation promptly and adamantly prefer to discuss this matter with a representative rather than sharing sensitive information online. Hello! I recently received my first order from Australia on Etsy, and I have a few questions regarding it. Should I use the name of my shop on Etsy or my own name when sending the package with the transport company? Where should I indicate Etsy's ARN code to make it visible to customs that the Goods and Services Tax (GST) was already paid by the customer? If I encounter any issues with the transaction and need to cancel the order, am I unable to receive a refund for the GST tax since it was never credited to my account? Thank you for your assistance.

I received the citrine pendant today, and to be honest, I was extremely disappointed. I was expecting a personalized engraving, but it was missing. Furthermore, the chain was flimsy, and the overall presentation seemed low-quality. This was intended as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but I feel embarrassed to give it to her in its current state. On occasion, the co-owner of our page, DecoDesigns, allowed the owner of casual republic to use her phone to log in when needed. Our store has different policies, positive reviews, and a professional approach. We maintain respectful communication with our customers. There is no direct involvement between our store and casual republic; it was merely a family member using another's phone. I am trying my best to explain what's been happening. There have been several concerning incidents with my account. First, my password information has been compromised, as I received emails about device changes and security updates that I did not initiate. I also received emails about password resets that I did not request. Despite attempts to change my password, I'm unable to due to the Two-Factor Authentication. Regarding orders/sales/shipping, I received notifications about sales and shipping for items I did not sell or purchase. The names and accounts associated with these activities do not belong to me. I've spent considerable time addressing these issues today. I'm worried about the security of my account and the potential harm to others involved. I'm having trouble sending messages on Etsy. Every time I hit submit, I receive an error message saying the username I entered is not valid. I received an email from Amy expressing interest in a quilt but cannot respond through Etsy messages as usual. Recently, when attempting to access my Etsy shop on my desktop, I encountered an issue where it prompted me to sign in. Despite using my usual Etsy credentials, it stated that my password was incorrect and directed me to reset it. After attempting this, it resulted in opening a new shop with all my previous information missing. Notably, I have been a loyal Etsy user with an extensive collection of images and content. Curiously, my Sell on Etsy shop remains intact on my other devices. Restoring access to my original shop on the desktop is vital for the continuity of my business. How can I regain access to my established shop on the computer and remove the redundant new shop?

I purchased two heatless hair curling wraps from Lavenderale through Etsy. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged, leading me to open disputes to address the issue. It was surprising to find out that the company changed its name several times, with Storm Media being the initial name associated with the order instead of the expected Lavenderale. Storm Media has garnered many negative one-star reviews on platforms like Google and the BBB. This constant name change might be due to their poor reviews. Despite being a frequent Etsy customer with previous positive experiences, this particular transaction has been challenging. I've taken photos of the damaged item and submitted a claim through my credit card company to resolve this matter. My goal is to share this experience to help other customers avoid similar complications.

I am experiencing difficulty canceling my Pattern and Marmelead subscriptions. When trying to cancel Pattern, the settings button is unresponsive despite numerous attempts. As for Marmelead, I am unable to locate the settings button indicated in the instructions. I reached out for assistance a month ago with no response. Today, I was charged for another month of Marmelead, a service I do not wish to continue. A refund for this charge would be greatly appreciated. In January, I purchased a bag from a seller in Turkey via Etsy and paid for it including the value-added tax. The bag arrived on time and as expected. However, I received an invoice from TNT 10 days later for additional taxes and charges that I had already paid. I have reached out to the seller and TNT, but I am uncertain if this will resolve the issue. I am concerned about the due date on the invoice being Jan 31, [redacted]. I am unable to contact Etsy yet due to the waiting period. I used the contact form on TNT's website in case the invoice is a scam.
