This following email is regarding the store and night manager at Tempe, AZ store on Apache Blvd.*Issue *: I ordered * orders of chicken fettuccini alfredo but received no chicken on either order. When I called in to talk to the manager she told me that, "that's the way they come and that if I still had a problem then I need call corporate". This was said with a very nasty attitude. This happened a few weeks at first I let it go but then this happened. *Issue *: I ordered a pizza on line at approx. **:**AM. I showed up at *:**am to pick it up but upon arriving at the store it looked as if the store was closed, but store doesn't close until *:**am I thought. I knocked on the door and they opened it up and told me they canceled my order. I paid with a gift card and I don't I think I can be refunded. I told them this and again with a nasty attitude she told me to call corporate.*Let me put this into perspective. I am a very laid back person and would never write an email to corporate complaining about one of their employees but this is way beyond that. This night manager is really that bad. I order from here * to * times a week but now *.
