Century Link installed ***.** modem Thursday. My ACER laptop is working ok on the internet. My DELL laptop will not connect. I have "SECURED, NO INTERNET". I've spent SIX HOURS yesterday and today trying to figure this out, after paying for the new service. So it works on ACER but not on DELL. I've watched youtube videos on how to RESET with NETSH WINSOCK and IPCONFIG *FLUSHDNS. I've re-booted the modem at least * times. I've compared the ACER settings (firewall, network, etc) and they are the same. I even, not wanting to, removed my VPN (that works on ACER) from the DELL, so now DELL isn't secured (if I COULD get internet service.) PLease call ***-***-**** (not ***-*xx-****) ***-***-**** is the real number, but it doesn't have texting. Rita
