Hello, I am writing to express my extreme frustration over a recent order I placed on DHgate with tracking number: LV[redacted]85CN. Firstly, the tracking number provided is invalid. Additionally, the item I received was defective despite paying a €12 tax to receive it. When I tried to address the issue with the seller, they refused to acknowledge my complaint and provide a refund, which is unacceptable. I then attempted to open a dispute on DHgate for a refund, but due to the incorrect tracking number, I am unable to do so. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience and I am seeking a refund.

I recently made a purchase on DHgate online and discovered that the zip code in my shipping address was incorrect. The correct zip code should be [redacted], but it was mistakenly entered as [redacted]. This error likely caused my package to last show activity at the USPS Dallas Distribution Center. Upon contacting USPS, I was informed that the package might be returned rather than corrected. I fear that it might now be lost. I am eager to receive my order. The USPS tracking number for my package is LR[redacted]34CN, and the last update was on 4/29 at the Dallas Distribution Center. I have reached out to DHgate for assistance but have not received a response yet.

I placed two orders on April 30, [redacted]. I received one order containing the two pairs of Jordan 3. The other order, which includes six pairs of Airmax Tn, was supposed to arrive in San Diego, California on May 14. Despite tracking information indicating it would be delivered today, June 6, [redacted], I have not received it. I have refrained from making additional orders while waiting for this order. Hello, I purchased a bag from Parklondon for €[redacted], but I made a mistake with the postcode in my address. When I realized it, I contacted the seller immediately, but they missed my message and sent the package to the wrong address. It got returned to the seller. It has been two months, and I've been trying to get a refund, but the dhgate app says to wait for the promised delivery before opening a dispute. Could you help me get a refund? I have screenshots of my conversation with the seller where they admit fault and agree to the refund process.

Order [redacted]: The model I received is different from what I ordered and paid for from the seller. As can be seen in the photos provided, I ordered a replica of model PRADA PR 10ZS, but he sent me model PRADA PR 09ZS instead. It's a different model; the seller made an error. I am now requesting a refund or that the correct PRADA PR 10ZS model be shipped to me as advertised. I am unable to open a dispute on the website.

Good evening, I ordered an item a month ago with the following details: Order ID: [redacted] Recipient: Mme Souchon Marina To date, I have not yet received the item. I have contacted the seller multiple times. Initially, they stated that the post office could not deliver it and that dhgatr would issue a refund. However, they are now claiming that a refund is not possible. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of 45.34 euros, which was debited from my account. Hello, I wanted to order two items from DhGate - one cap and one jersey. When I tried to pay with Klarna Direct, an error appeared, stating the payment couldn't be completed. Yet, yesterday, the amount for the cap and jersey was deducted from my account, but the payment hasn't been settled and my order hasn't shipped. I had to change my card due to fraudulent charges, so the refund couldn't be processed. I request that the product be sent promptly. I placed my order a month ago and have not received my package. I am unsure of its current location. The DPD delivery was scheduled for 06/06/[redacted], but I did not receive any notifications. A week later, I was informed that the package would be returned. I reached out to the sender, who informed me that the package would indeed be sent back. I am looking to either receive a refund or escalate this issue further, perhaps to the authorities.

I recently purchased a bag from a seller on DHgate. I reached out to the seller to confirm the bag's appearance and was satisfied, so I proceeded with the order. Upon shipping, I received a message via WhatsApp from the DHgate seller containing a tracking code and a photo of my order with a shipping label displaying my name and address. However, the bag in the picture differed from what I had originally seen on DHgate. When I questioned the seller through DHgate, they denied sending the photo and mentioned they only communicate through the DHgate platform. I am uncertain how someone else could have messaged me through WhatsApp with my personal details, including my name, address, and phone number on the shipping label.

Hello, my name is Salim B. and I have two issues with two shipments. 1st order number: [redacted], I received 2 items instead of 6 I ordered. They sent me photos of other items on the scale that do not belong to me (6 packages of white 2nd generation Airpods that I ordered). You can see the photos in our dispute, you will understand why it's written on the package that I received everything, no need to say anything, please let me know something, I feel more than offended. 2nd order number: [redacted], received an empty package, took photos and sent it back. The photos speak for themselves, I feel like I'm going crazy because it's crystal clear but they keep sending me photos of the product I was supposed to receive 🤔. I explained that I rejected it because I couldn't accept what I saw, kindly look at the photos and decide because I feel truly humiliated, I'm telling them to read what they sent me and they are not in this world!!!!, thank you, now waiting for you to read this too.
