Greetings, We just moved into our new construction home and called to set up service. Due to covid-** we were put on a waiting list for service in August. I am a teacher and will be teaching virtually for the beginning of the school year, therefore I cant wait until Aug. to have service installed. I called Zona and they were here the next day. I called Cox back to let them know and to set up Cable TV, DVR, and Phone, and again we are on waiting list. My concern is that we are returning customers in good standing, my husband is a retired police officer and I am a teacher in Peoria. When we signed up with you back in **** you gave us a first responder* civil servant discount. Is that still available, and why is my bill going to be almost $***.** without internet??
