Received a new X* modem and getting ready to install it. I log into my xFinity account and click on the X* icon. It pops up the sign in screen, and I enter my userid and password. The app does not report problems with either the userid or the password. Instead it just keeps popping up the sign in screen. Can't get past this point. How should I proceed?
