Starting July * have been attempting to set up the EBB program with Comcast. * supervisors.. and over * hours on the phone, no results. * supervisors have said they would call me back with the solution... No call. Now, they are going to shut off the service! actually, I am on hold as I am typing this... waiting for another supervisor. It has been... Oops.. it has been disconnected.
