I qualified for the EBB program in August of ****. I had CenturyLink internet installed in January of ****, telling them I qualified and gave my EBB I’d info to them. It was never applied to my service after several months of calling and asking and paying on my bill. In May*** they suspended my service and then cancelled it thru a text saying I called and asked to be cancelled. I finally got credit for the ebb, now cap to take care of my past due amount and $**.** credit. CenturyLink then set me up for new service on June ** and said I had to pay a $*** deposit which I did. I still to this day haven’t had service. They sent a new modem and that didn’t work. They scheduled a technician to come out and he said a line ewas cut and put in a repair ticket for six days later and again nobody showed up. Called CenturyLink and they said there was not a repair order because they text us saying it was fixed. The next person I talked to said there was a repair order scheduled for July *, yesterday. Nobody showed up and when I called there wasn’t a repair order placed for that day either and they would have to call me back and did not. I do have a bill for $***.** for service that has never been turned on or fixed and they say it’s past due. How to I speak to someone other than customer service?
