when I call *** ***-****, it says my bill is paid. But CenturyLink sends me email saying I owe them. What am I supposed to believe? Calling this number, you get a ****** computer who doesn't seem to understand much. Being a communications company, I would think CenturyLink could do better than a ******... it's really hard to keep bill paid when the ****** directs me to the wrong place or gives me incorrect info. It sure makes your company look like a bunch of fools. Don't know whether to laugh or cry for ya...
