I tried to rebook my ticket more than * hours prior to my flight time, but the Cebu Pacific Web page was not operating correctly. My page kept loading, after it asked me to re-log in onto another Cebu Pacific webpage. After trying on both my phone and computer, the option to rebook my flight was no longer available.
