would like to make an appointment to come and apply for a duplicate pink slip for my Toyota Tundra pick up. I want to sell it and the pink slip has somehow vanished. I filled out the paperwork on line, as much as I could, but was told by a DMV rep over the phone that I had to make an appointment and go to an office in person. *I would also ask that you tell me what paperwork I need to bring... ...
