I visited store ***** on October ** for a Flu shot, I Presented my Harvard pilgrim card and was told that I did not have the BIN * and the PCN, I was asked to pay for the shot which I did, $**.**, I checked with Harvard Pilgrim and they told me I certainly was covered.*I went back to the pharmacy today and was asked by who was a manager again to provide the BIN * and PCN, I was told to call Harvard pilgrim right from the pharmacy, which I did and was told that the information was right there on my card in the bottom right and the payer ID is on the back.*I could not believe that these persons are not trained to read the information from the insurance cards,*I wonder how many people have paid when the should not , I requested my refund today after all my *troubles I did not get an apology because when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he just left.*A lot has to be corrected at this store and you have lost me and my family.
