I work as an employee at the Burger King Corporation on Glenburnie Rd in New Bern NC. I need to report the General Manager named Crystal Greene. She displays disrespectful behavior towards both employees and customers. Crystal's lack of respect and constant bad attitude have caused issues. A customer even approached me to complain about her attitude towards him and requested a refund. The customer mentioned that he found her attitude unacceptable and felt I should be in charge. Additionally, when I asked Crystal for my check stubs for important matters, she delayed providing them despite the lack of busyness at the time. I believe her behavior needs to be addressed promptly, and I am considering quitting if the situation does not improve.

Hello, my name is Samantha Moore. I made an online order at the Burger King on US Hwy.1 in Vero Beach, FL on June 2, [redacted], for pick up at the drive thru. I ordered an OCS Meal for Two, Mix & Match items, Hershey Pie, Onion Rings, and an Oreo Shake. Upon arriving at the drive thru at 12:45 PM, I paid for my order. The staff had trouble locating my order and asked me to park to prepare part of my order fresh. After waiting for 17 minutes and not receiving my order or a receipt, I went inside where they could not locate my food. They advised me to return after 4 PM when Manager Cherelle would assist me. Unfortunately, I had sick children at home and missed out on the lunch I had planned for us. I hope they can resolve this issue promptly so that my kids and I can continue to enjoy Burger King. I returned to work despite previously quitting due to pay issues. Ms. Rhonda approached me with an attitude, and I proceeded to wash my hands and prepare lunch products. A cashier was sent home, leaving me to handle dropping lunch products from the front corner to the drive-thru, ensuring correct orders. Feeling overwhelmed and with two males just watching me, I expressed that I couldn't manage everything alone. Ms. Rhonda then instructed me to leave and not return, which I found unfair. I reflected on the situation and am grateful for divine intervention.

I visited around 10:30 am and ordered the Vegan Chicken Royals with vegan chicken nuggets meal deal. I usually enjoy the vegan options at Burger King and have recommended them to my friends. Unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a mix-up with my order. I received actual chicken nuggets instead of the vegan ones, despite my clear order and no alterations. After consuming the food, I realized the mistake and approached the staff. The response I received was disappointing and lacked empathy. I recently had a disappointing experience at restaurant #[redacted] due to the behavior of a manager towards the staff, especially Ezequiel. Despite Ezequiel's kind and patient service, the manager's pressure made the situation uncomfortable and stressful. As someone with years of experience in various managerial roles, I believe that employees should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. After work today, I went to the drive-thru to order an original chicken sandwich meal with chocolate chip cookies. I attempted to use my $25 Virtual Gift Card that showed the correct balance on both my BK App and Apple Wallet. However, the cashier was unsure how to process it and called her supervisor. To my dismay, the supervisor claimed my card had no funds without checking my phone or allowing me to pay with the BK App. This caused a delay, making the drive-thru queue longer. Under pressure and feeling embarrassed, I ended up paying with cash from my car console and had to cancel part of my order. If necessary, I can provide the Virtual Gift Card ID. Today, I visited the branch on National Army and ordered a hamburger. They offered a 2×1 deal which I accepted, specifying that I needed it without any sauces due to my mayonnaise allergy. When I reached the window, I paid and confirmed again that it was mayo-free, to which the staff agreed. I took a few steps, bit into my burger, only to find it covered in mayonnaise. I returned, but received poor service - I didn't get my correct order or a refund. They humiliated me with confrontational words, telling me to complain with no consequences. It's disrespectful how they treated me because I never asked for anything free, just wanted to enjoy a meal as I was very hungry. I chose this restaurant for a delicious meal and it turned out to be a complete disappointment just because of my liquid allergy. I consider this a robbery - not being able to provide what I ordered simply because of my allergy and not even being able to eat my meal. I will inform all my friends about this unpleasant experience and theft by this restaurant. I feel powerless, having gone to enjoy something tasty but leaving with nothing because the staff is incompetent in customer service. The young man who claimed to be the manager was rude and instead of sending me home happy, he robbed me, sent me away angrily and still hungry, even dismissively saying goodbye in a mocking manner. What a shame. This will be the last time I set foot in this place.

I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday, August 24th, at your franchise located at [redacted] N. Lincoln Ave. in Chicago. The manager, Candy, did not provide her last name and was rude to me. She asked me to leave after I mentioned her unfriendliness and lack of attentiveness. I had to repeat my order twice because she was not listening. She was wearing an earbud and cancelled my order while yelling at me in front of other customers. I remained polite throughout. I am disappointed in this behavior from a manager and will be selling my shares in BK immediately.

This morning around 9:00 a.m., I visited the Burger King location on University Blvd in Birmingham, Alabama. Before that, I tried the McDonald's across the street, but all the parking spaces were taken. At Burger King, even though there were no other customers inside, my order took a long time as they were waiting for the eggs to cook. I planned to get a Coke but they were out, so I settled for Dr Pepper. The ketchup dispenser was empty, and even when I tried to use a soft drink lid, I found it was also empty. It felt odd that the McDonald's was packed while Burger King was nearly empty, but I expected better service given the circumstances.

On Friday, 9/2/22, around 4:00 PM, I visited the drive-thru in Danielsville, GA. Despite no cars ahead or behind, I experienced long waits. Eventually, I proceeded to the window, only to find no staff inside. Two cars then arrived, spurring me to try again. While the cars ahead had no issues, I struggled to hear the speaker. Upon questioning, the employee rudely shouted at me to wait. I attempted to explain but was met with more aggression and ultimatums to wait. I felt shocked and disrespected, seeking to explain myself inside but was dismissed and denied service. In our small, respectful community, such behavior is unacceptable. I request a follow-up at [redacted] to address this upsetting encounter. Respectful treatment is crucial, especially when trying to support the business as a longtime customer.

I've been working at the Cooley Street Springfield, MA store for 5 years. Over the past year, I've faced various instances of sexual harassment, physical assault, and retaliation here. Male colleagues have used derogatory language towards me, discussed my personal life inappropriately, and even whistled at me while I was working. On top of that, two crew members threatened me with physical violence with no consequences, and a female manager physically attacked me. When I defended myself, I was unfairly suspended for 3 days. The store manager has now started cutting my hours, reducing my work days, and badmouthing me to other staff members. Things escalated when the manager harassed me in the restroom, and after I asked her to stop, she sent me home.

Good afternoon, could you kindly provide me with the corporate phone number? I am currently at Burger King in Andrews, South Carolina. We experienced a delay in placing our order as the cashier kept walking away multiple times while taking our order for 5 people. The Hershey's chocolate shake we ordered was poorly mixed with chocolate squirted in the middle. Despite ordering at 3:31, we still haven't received our complete order by 4:00. The burgers we received appeared unappetizing with cold, tough meat. The cashier seemed distracted, and the service was slow despite us being the only customers in the restaurant. As a long-time Burger King customer, I usually don't encounter issues with service. However, this morning, I faced a frustrating experience at two locations. I wanted to share my experience with the new Burger King at [redacted] W 25th St in Lawrence, KS. Despite being open for around 6 weeks, they are still unable to connect to the app or accept orders with specials. I've visited three times, and each visit, they mentioned the same issue. Unfortunately, not being able to offer the same prices and deals as other locations in Lawrence, with no customers around, is disappointing. The local management claims they have no control over getting on the app, leading to a frustrating experience for customers like me. Even though the location is visible on the app now, they are still not fully operational. It's essential for them to resolve this soon to avoid losing customers and revenue. Hopefully, they can address these issues promptly.

Today, I went to Burger King with my husband and stepdad. Unfortunately, my husband's drink was served without ice and tasted unpleasant. When I asked for a replacement, I was told there was no ice available. My stepdad spent $12 on his food but received nothing in place of the unavailable drink. This lack of communication at the drive-thru and poor customer service at Burger King left us both disappointed. I believe a refund is warranted in this situation.
