I booked * business class flights LHR*TLV *****th Dec, yesterday, using ***,*** Avios plus £**** including seat reservations. The cost seemed huge, but I put it down to peak flights at Xmas. **I subsequent realised:**. The number of Avios automatically utilised should have covered the flight cost according to Avios info online**. My companion voucher could have been utilised but was not**. I have e-vouchers for cancelled flights which could be used as alternative**I have tried to reach BA by phone which is impossible! Can you please help?
