We had a cancelled flight due to Covid restrictions in March **** and we are now trying to rebook. We booked through British Airways Holidays and we are now trying to rebook. We are not understanding how to do this. Do we pay for the new flight with our credit card and then submit the charges in an email to British Airways Holidays and get our credit card refunded? Or do we need an e-voucher to use while booking?
