I have attempted to change my Apple ID password multiple times without success. I have been waiting for a resolution since speaking with customer service representatives a couple of weeks ago. Please refund the charges totaling $29.97 as I did not authorize them. I have recently switched from an Android to an Apple phone with my son, and we are struggling with the transition. Hello, I wanted to inquire about the status of my refund for two items that were returned due to me not being home during delivery. I used my debit card for the payment and as I checked out as a guest, I do not have access to an Apple account to monitor the refund process. The order number for the items is W[redacted]05. The two items I purchased were an iPhone 12 Pro Max Gold with [redacted] GB and a charging block. My iPad has been repeatedly asking for my Apple ID password, preventing me from adding apps. I can't update the password due to an outdated phone number linked to the account. Additionally, my email is full, so I can't receive account update codes. Unfortunately, I lost the iPad last Thursday and need help tracking or disabling it. It's my only computer device, and I feel lost without it. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

As a small business owner, I recently purchased 2 iPhone 12 Pro Max devices. Unfortunately, upon delivery today, I discovered they did not include a block charger. Despite contacting AT&T and being informed that Apple no longer provides blocks and offering to sell me one for $25, I have decided to return the iPhones. I had intended to provide iPhones to my 6 employees, but following this experience, I will no longer support Apple. As my company is gradually expanding, having started in March with 7 employees including myself, I felt it important to share this feedback. Initially planning to switch from an LG phone to Apple, I am stunned that a $1,[redacted] phone does not include a charger. I am not interested in environmental justifications; for me, it is about the additional expense. I am also a veteran, and I will be advising my acquaintances against supporting Apple.

I recently bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max through my carrier back in January. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, my phone had an accident when my dog bumped into me while I was filling a hummingbird feeder and spilled sugar water all over it. I cleaned it with a glass cleaner, but it's been acting strangely since then. I believe the phone is still under warranty with Apple for a year, right? I couldn't afford to purchase it directly through Apple or get the Apple care policy for two years, which I usually prefer. Is it too late for me to get the Apple care now? I really hope I can get this sorted out as I love my phone more than any other iPhone I've had before. Looking forward to resolving this, Robin Murray.

I bought a pair of Powerbeats Pro Wireless earbuds in April [redacted]. The first pair had charging issues, leading to a replacement in May [redacted]. Throughout [redacted], I used them regularly at the gym and work. By May [redacted], I noticed my ears were getting dry and oozing after wearing them. The situation worsened on 9/3/21, causing swelling and an ear infection that required a doctor's visit and antibiotics. Following medical advice, I stopped using the earbuds. Suddenly, my FaceTime and iMessages stopped working. I logged out of my Apple ID and when I tried to log back in, my password wouldn't work. In the process of resetting it, the verification text was sent to the wrong, outdated number, preventing me from resetting my password. As a result, my account got locked, and now I have lost all my phone data, including contacts. I'm confused as to why my old number is being used now, and I am locked out of my Apple ID with everything erased from my phone as I can't access my ID.

For the last two days, my mobile data and Wi-Fi have been acting up. Some apps are not working properly even though my connection seems fine. Even though I can access apps like Instagram, Safari, and the App Store, others like WhatsApp, FaceTime, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube are not functioning. The issue persists whether I'm using Wi-Fi or mobile data, with only certain apps working. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as resetting my phone, changing SIM cards, resetting network settings, updating my iOS and apps, and clearing storage. I reached out to Airtel customer care and even contacted WhatsApp support, but nothing has resolved the problem. This issue is causing a lot of inconvenience as I have important tasks to do on these apps. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently contacted Apple's customer service using a different number. They are requesting that I purchase Apple cards at $[redacted] each to receive a refund for unauthorized charges on my account from October. I suspect my account has been hacked as people from various locations are making purchases. I would appreciate a call to verify the legitimacy of this Apple customer service number and the refund process.

For more than a year, I have been struggling with an issue on Zoom and FaceTime. I can hear others, but they cannot hear me when I use internal speakers and mic. Rather than my voice, all they hear are sounds of keyboard taps or mouse movements. Interestingly, they can hear me when I switch to earbuds but not when using wired earphones. Although using earbuds worked initially, they are now malfunctioning, and I need alternative solutions for work video calls. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hello. Recently, my phone screen has stopped working, preventing me from entering my password or answering calls. I initially suspected a network problem and attempted to restart my phone multiple times to access it, but it eventually disabled and is now asking to connect to iTunes to enable it. Despite trying iTunes and other software to remove the passcode, it appears the phone is not connecting to WiFi or the internet. I purchased two iPhone 11 phones in October with the Veterans and Military discount at $[redacted] each but was charged $[redacted] for each phone. The zero percent interest financing through Verizon charges $22.87 monthly for 24 months per phone. Despite spending over four and a half hours on four calls in seven weeks, I have not received a resolution. Each time I was promised a response in 48 to 72 hours, without any follow-up. I am seeking a refund of the 10 percent overcharge per phone from Apple, totaling $[redacted], due to the additional charges from Verizon. I expect Apple to fulfill their promise and resolve this issue promptly.

I signed up for the Apple One family plan on December 12 for $29.95 a month. Today, December 16, I noticed a charge of $4.99 for the renewal of Apple TV Plus. I understood that Apple TV Plus was part of the Apple One subscription. I kindly request a refund for the $4.99 charge and to discontinue the separate renewal of Apple TV Plus, as it should be covered by the Apple One subscription. Hello. On November 23rd, I ordered an email gift card from Amazon for $52, but I accidentally entered the wrong email address. I quickly placed a second order for the same amount and sent it to the correct email within a few hours. I contacted Amazon to explain the situation, but they declined to assist me. I am requesting some form of credit due to this issue. Amazon mentioned that the incorrect gift card email was already sent and that they could not refund the $52. I rely on your product to send to my son each month, and I am a disabled senior on a fixed income. I believe the incorrect iTunes email gift card is still out there. My bank account was overdrawn by $89 this month, and this happened before, but now it's for even more money. I did not authorize these transactions as my account was already empty. I feel frustrated that Apple does this regularly. If I don't get a refund before Christmas, I will sell all my Apple devices and never use Apple again. It has ruined my holiday plans for my child. Please resolve this issue promptly.
