I have two questions. I am currently Enrolled in the Aetna Gold plan, do I need to do anything to enroll for next year? I’ve been a member for many years but my son has always taken care of these things for me.**Secondarily, I have an active claim that I should have received a reimbursement check for months and months ago. I called before and they said they would send the check again, but that was roughly * months ago. I need this reissued because I have yet to receive it, and we need to figure something out to ensure it arrives this time.
