I made several attempts to call Aetna with a question today. Aetna is my supplementary insurance with Medicare. *Your phone recording demands the caller answer a few questions before proceeding. A choice is not given. *I find this to be incredibly offensive.*The voice states “it will only take a few minutes”: It is my option as to whether I wish to answer questions,*and since I do not wish this, I have *Repeatedly hung up. But I see I am at your mercy and this I won’t tolerate.*I do not wish to answer your questions I would like to get information from Aetna. For this *Reason, I will not remain with your *Corporation. Old people already are *Abused enough. Aetna should have *Respect for their customers. Sadly*You do not. It seems like a small issue but I do not appreciate not being able to get my query answered unless I answer your survey. *So shame on you Aetna. I will cancel *At the earliest time available.
