Log into my Alaska care member account. ... I am severely hearing impaired and cannot use the telephone. I can use face time because I can hear speech but need to lip read. TDD or TTY calls are extremely cumbersome and horribly frustrating. I prefer chat lines to TDD or TTY. **I am covered by Aetna insurance through my Alaska Care retiree insurance. I tried to log in recently but was denied access. I would like to know why. **I have an outstanding medical bill for Dr. Abboud and need access to my member account to sort it out. **I need Aetna to unlock my Alaska Care member account so I can log in and view my Claims. **Please help me!!!*Bonnie Harms
