In December I chose supplemental health coverage with Anthem BCBS. I was formerly obtaining coverage with Aetna. While I was with Aetna, premiums were paid with automatic billing from my bank account. Aetna failed to discontinue the automatic billing in ****. How can I contact someone at Aetna to fix this problem. Numbers provided on your websites lead me to dead ends. Please provide a telephone number which can be used to speak with a knowledgeable, real person who can help me. I have already called numbers published on your websites.*Margaret B.
