I am experiencing an issue where I am not receiving all the emails in my contact list. Yesterday, my daughter sent me two emails from my den, but I did not receive either of them, despite having her email addresses in my contact list. Strangely, the same email was sent to my husband's email address, and he received it immediately. This problem has been occurring for about a month now. I still receive over 60 emails a day in my spam folder from other sources. What steps should I take to fix this problem without getting inundated with emails from advertisers?

Hello, my name is Anne Henry and I can be reached at [redacted] I made a purchase on Saturday, November 28th from Easy Creations on Etsy for a downloadable embroidery pattern. The issue is they sent it via G.Mail, which I don't use and am unsure how to access. I requested the site owner to send it to my aol address, and she confirmed she would. However, I later received a notification that the email was returned or refused. Can you help me track this email containing the Argentina flag embroidery pattern? Thank you.

I received an email from AOL regarding a sign-in attempt from Poland that I did not make. The email includes a code for signing in, details about the device used, and a link to review my account activity. I have never been to Poland, and I am unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated.

I received this email today but didn't call the number provided. I simply read, saved it, and made a copy. I have another AOL account ([redacted]) and can delete [redacted] if needed. Please advise on the correct action for [redacted] - Sandy B.

Yesterday, I attempted to log in to AOL using my long-standing password without success. After changing my password and contacting support, I briefly managed to regain access, but the issue persisted shortly after. It appears that assistance comes with a cost, which I am unable to afford at the moment. I have been a loyal AOL user for several years and am puzzled by this recurring login problem.

Hello, my name is Randi Black-Baker. I recently discovered that my husband has set up an AOL mail account in my name on my phone without my knowledge. He has listed strange recovery numbers and emails on the account. The email he set up is [redacted] It seems he did this to spy on my phone activities. I am not very tech-savvy, and I have no idea how all this works. I'm not sure when he set up the account, but I accidentally stumbled upon it in my personal Gmail. I just want the account to be removed, please.

I have been with AOL for what seems like forever. However, I can't understand why you so openly share your political opinions. I am a proud American and conservative. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs, but I don't think it's right for a company like you to push a certain agenda. I prefer how things were 25 years ago. I respect that others may have different views, but I see you as very liberal and it doesn't sit well with me. I feel like you are contributing to dividing the country. I suggest you remain neutral to avoid causing conflict.

On December 24, [redacted], my AOL account was hacked. All my contacts were deleted from my computer. These contacts received a fake email from me trying to get them to send money under the false pretense of health issues - a clear scam attempt. On January 6, I got an email from [redacted] about "CLOSING YOUR AOL ACCOUNT" if I didn't accept updates from AOL; I didn't respond. I have changed my password on AOL since then; will this be enough to stop the hacking? I had to re-enter all my contacts on my computer. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Feel free to ask for more information. Best regards, André SOGORB [redacted] [redacted]

I have contacted AOL's customer support multiple times over the past few months regarding the verification of my email account, [redacted], due to a password or hacking issue. Unfortunately, my account was linked to my previous house phone number [redacted]5 for recovery, but I moved from that address in Bristol in November [redacted]. I have provided detailed answers to verification questions, including my full name as Mr. Ashley Rodda, and information about emails sent over seven days ago with attachments as proof. I also shared a recovery email, [redacted], and my mobile number, [redacted]8. Despite my efforts, I am still unable to access my original email account. My son suggested trying the live chat service for further assistance. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Thank you, Ashley Rodda.

My wife, residing in Crestmont North Healthcare, is facing an issue due to her broken laptop, vital for our communication during the COVID lockdown. The nursing home provided a loaner computer, but she can't recall her AOL password stored on the broken device. Her AOL email, [redacted], is attached to our AOL-GOLD account with four email addresses. To resolve this, I contacted AOL TECH SUPPORT who recommended reaching out to the HELP-LINE. Resetting her password remotely from my computer will allow me to share it with her. Unfortunately, she lacks a phone in her room, and contacting her relies on approval from the Nurses Station.

When I'm trying to email "[redacted]", an incorrect email address "[redacted]" appears, causing rejections. Even though I can't find it in my Contacts to delete it. How do I stop the system from suggesting this wrong address? The same issue occurs with "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" which aren't in my contacts either. I'm unsure how to remove or avoid these suggestions. I'm unsure if I qualify for email support as I'm not a paid AOL member, but I've used the service for over 20 years with the same email address "[redacted]" Thank you for your assistance.

I’m the original owner of the [redacted] account, which has been compromised. Someone has sent SMS messages to my Facebook contacts and made phone calls pretending to be me. I've been struggling to regain control of my account. I've filed complaints with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. This situation has taken over my life. They've accessed my emails, intercepted phone calls, and misused my account for their business. It seems like they might have used my credit card for transactions. I recently found out that my AOL account is linked to a Verizon account. I'm puzzled because the account has been functioning smoothly on my iPhone and T-Mobile without any issues for so long.

I have had my AOL email since the 1990s. Unfortunately, my laptop crashed, and I lost all my friends' contact information including passwords, phone numbers, and addresses. The backup email, [redacted], is also inaccessible due to the crash. I haven't been able to use either email since December 18, [redacted], which was a disappointing Christmas for me. I've tried reaching out multiple times but haven't received a response. If you need to contact me, please use [redacted], [redacted], or Skype at [redacted]. Thank you.

I am unsure if this issue is with my computer or if AOL can assist me in restoring my AOL email to its original sizing. While attempting to enlarge the text on my computer, the sizing became locked into a large format. Consequently, when composing an email, only three lines of text are visible at once due to the top of the page appearing very large. Specifically, the brown section under the search bar, as well as the "to" and "subject" fields, are disproportionately large. I have been a member of AOL for over 30 years. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received an email from AOL notifying me of a request to delete my account. The email included a link to a page on GoDaddy to stop the deletion process. I felt uneasy about clicking on the link. I would appreciate clarification on whether there was indeed a deletion request made for my account. I want to confirm that I have not initiated such a request. The email reads as follows: Dear User, We have been informed of your desire to delete your account. The process will be carried out within 24 hours. Please visit your recent activity page to confirm if this action was authorized by you. If not, we will assist you in securing your account. If it was indeed your request, we will monitor for similar activities in the future. Review recent activity

I am having issues logging into my AOL account after refusing to subscribe to their service. Despite trying to use passwords and pins, I keep getting locked out by AOL. It seems like the settings are being manipulated to make it difficult for me to access my supposedly free AOL account. The constant changes and restrictions are frustrating, and I feel like my usage is being controlled. I want to use my long-standing AOL account, which now has duplicates on Gmail due to AOL's partnership with Google. This situation has resulted in multiple unnecessary Gmail accounts, complicating the recovery process. I hope AOL and Google can align better to prevent these continuous lockouts and unnecessary Gmail accounts.

I have encountered a frustrating experience with the technicians from this service provider. After contacting AOL for assistance with an issue, I was led to believe that the technician would resolve the problem. However, the issue remained unresolved, and the technician mentioned another unknown company that he insisted I contact to fix my allegedly hacked computer by paying $[redacted].99. Feeling coerced, I reluctantly wrote a check but later realized I had been through a similar situation in the past where I had to purchase a new computer. In response, I disconnected my computer and reached out to AOL again to confirm their involvement. The second technician advised me to stop the payment on the check, which cost me an additional $25. Despite my efforts, another unauthorized check for $[redacted].99 was cashed from a different account of mine. I am seeking a refund for this unauthorized transaction.

Hello, I'm Laura van Dijk from the Netherlands. I have been using my Compuserve email account, [redacted], for a long time. My emails always reach me on my Mac without any issues. However, since Monday evening, I have been unable to log in. I keep encountering an error message, even when I try online through the Compuserve website. Unfortunately, I never provided my phone number for recovery. I am facing this issue without access to an international (aol) helpdesk. I'm feeling desperate and unsure if my account has been compromised. How do I regain access or reset my password? I'm hoping for your assistance. Best regards, Laura van Dijk
